أكدت مصادر خاصة لـ«عكاظ» أن البرتغالي برونو لاج وافق على تدريب فريق الدرعية في الموسم القادم 2026-2027.
وكان الدرعية قد سطر إنجازاً تاريخياً بالتأهل إلى دوري روشن السعودي للمحترفين للمرة الأولى، عقب انتصاره على العلا بهدفين مقابل هدف في نهائي ملحق الصعود «البلاي أوف».
لاج يقود مشروع الدرعية
وقالت المصادر إن برونو لاج وافق على تدريب الدرعية، حيث سيقود مشروعاً كبيراً ومثيراً للحماس، فيما يجري حالياً الاتفاق على بعض اللمسات الأخيرة قبل التوقيع الرسمي، إذ أُنجزت 90% من المفاوضات.
ارتباطات سابقة بالأهلي المصري
يُذكر أن اسم المدرب برونو لاج ارتبط بإمكانية تدريب الأهلي المصري في أكثر من مناسبة، آخرها بعد رحيل المدرب الدنماركي ييس توروب مطلع الشهر الجاري، إلا أن الأهلي أعلن أمس (الإثنين) التعاقد مع المدرب المغربي الحسين عموتة، ما يُغلق ملف برونو لاج للمرة الثانية خلال أشهر قليلة.
مسيرة مُميزة وألقاب مع بنفيكا
ودرب برونو لاج أندية بنفيكا وولفرهامبتون وبوتافوغو، وخلال مسيرته قاد 222 مباراة، حقق خلالها 128 انتصاراً وتعادل في 40 لقاءً وتلقى 54 هزيمة، وحقق أربعة ألقاب كانت جميعها مع بنفيكا، إذ توج بالدوري البرتغالي (مرة)، وكأس الرابطة البرتغالية (مرة)، وكأس السوبر البرتغالي (مرتين)، بحسب موقع «ترانسفير ماركت».

It is worth mentioning that the name of coach Bruno Lage has been linked to the possibility of coaching Al-Ahly of Egypt on several occasions, the latest being after the departure of Danish coach Jess Thorup earlier this month. However, Al-Ahly announced yesterday (Monday) the signing of Moroccan coach Hussein Ammouta, closing the file on Bruno Lage for the second time in a few months.
