شهدت كواليس تصوير الجزء الثاني من فيلم «شمس الزناتي» تطورات جديدة بعدما تقدم منتج الفيلم ريمون رمسيس بمحضرين في قسم الشرطة ضد المخرج السابق للعمل عمرو سلامة.
واتهم رمسيس سلامة بالتشهير بالشركة المنتجة، والغياب عن العمل، وعدم القيام بواجباته كمخرج.
ورد سلامة في بيان صحفي على اتهامات رمسيس، موضحاً أن مشكلته الوحيدة كانت مع الشركة المنتجة، لا مع باقي فريق العمل.
وأضاف: «تم التصريح بأنني تقاضيت 30% من أجري، بينما لم أنجز سوى 15% فقط من عملي، وأنه لا توجد لي مستحقات مادية، وهذا استغلال لعدم معرفة الجمهور بطبيعة التعاقدات بين شركات الإنتاج والمخرجين، وشروطها وأعرافها، وأنا على يقين أن النقابة ستفصل، والمحكمة ستحكم بما يتوافق مع العدل وحقوق الملكية الفكرية. والتي تقف بالطبع في صفي وصف أصول المهنة».
وقال «صرّح (رمسيس) بأنه لا يستطيع التواصل معي بسبب عدم ردّي عليه وحظره، وهذا صحيح، لكنه جاء بعد أن رفعت عليه أول قضية (شيك من دون رصيد)، وبعد أن تبينت طبيعة الشركة، وطريقتها في التعامل دائماً مع أي مشروع تنفذه، وبعد توقيعه ملحقاً للعقد يُنهي التزاماتي معه وينقلها الى شركة أخرى في مقابل تنازلي عن القضية، وهو مَن أخلّ بهذا الملحق وتحايل عليه».
وأردف سلامة: «يقول (رمسيس) إنه استخرج تصاريح ولوحة عمل باسم المخرج الجديد، وهذا إما كذب صريح، إذ يستحيل استخراج لوحة عمل جديدة من النقابة من دون تنازل رسمي مني عن حقوقي، وهو ما أكّدته لي النقابة، وإما أن النقابة أصدرت فعلاً لوحة عمل جديدة من دون تنازل مني، وهو ما يثير الكثير من علامات الاستفهام، لذا أطالب بردّ من النقابة».
وأشار المخرج المصري في بيانه إلى أن الشركة المنتجة لم تدفع جميع مستحقات العاملين في الفيلم.
وانسحب سلامة من إخراج الفيلم بعد 3 سنوات من التعاقد عليه، بسبب خلافات مع رمسيس الذي استبدل الأول بالمخرج أحمد خالد موسى.

The behind-the-scenes of filming the second part of the movie "Shams Al-Zanaty" witnessed new developments after the film's producer, Raymond Ramses, filed two reports at the police station against the previous director of the work, Amr Salama.
Ramses accused Salama of defaming the production company, being absent from work, and failing to fulfill his duties as a director.
Salama responded in a press statement to Ramses' accusations, clarifying that his only issue was with the production company, not with the rest of the crew.
He added: "It was stated that I received 30% of my fee, while I only completed 15% of my work, and that I have no financial dues, which is an exploitation of the public's lack of knowledge about the nature of contracts between production companies and directors, their terms, and customs. I am confident that the union will decide, and the court will rule in accordance with justice and intellectual property rights, which, of course, stand in my favor and the principles of the profession."
Salama said, "Ramses stated that he could not communicate with me due to my lack of response and blocking him, which is true, but this came after I filed the first lawsuit against him (a bounced check), and after I realized the nature of the company and its way of dealing with any project it executes, and after he signed an addendum to the contract that ends my obligations to him and transfers them to another company in exchange for my dropping the case, and he is the one who violated this addendum and circumvented it."
Salama added: "Ramses claims that he obtained permits and a work board in the name of the new director, which is either a blatant lie, as it is impossible to obtain a new work board from the union without an official waiver from me of my rights, which the union confirmed to me, or the union actually issued a new work board without my waiver, which raises many questions, so I demand a response from the union."
The Egyptian director pointed out in his statement that the production company has not paid all the dues of the workers on the film.
Salama withdrew from directing the film after three years of contracting for it, due to disagreements with Ramses, who replaced him with director Ahmed Khaled Moussa.
