فيما تناقلت مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، أخيراً، أنباء عن تعرض الفنان اللبناني فضل شاكر لوعكة صحية مفاجئة، بالتزامن مع تحديد موعد جلسة استجوابه التمهيدية أمام القضاء اللبناني، قطع مصدر مقرب من شاكر بعدم صحة هذه الأنباء.
وأكد في تصريحات إعلامية بأن الفنان اللبناني يتمتع بصحة جيدة ويقضي أيامه بشكل طبيعي بعيداً عن أي مشكلات صحية.
وتأتي هذه الشائعات قبل ساعات من الجلسة التمهيدية المقررة غداً (الأربعاء)، التي حددها رئيس محكمة الجنايات في بيروت القاضي بلال ضناوي، ضمن التحقيقات الجارية في أحداث عام 2013 التي لا تزال تثير الجدل حول تفاصيلها وتداعياتها.
ووفقاً للمعلومات، فإن الجلسة ستُعقد للفنان فضل شاكر، على خلفية اتهامات تتعلق بـ«التحريض على محاولة قتل المدعي هلال حمود»، وهي القضية التي ما زالت تخضع لإجراءات قضائية طويلة ومعقدة.
في المقابل، أكدت محامية الفنان أماتا مبارك، أن موكلها بريء من جميع التهم الموجهة إليه، مشددة على أن ملفه القانوني مستقل تماماً عن قضية الشيخ أحمد الأسير، التي كانت قد ارتبطت باسمه في السابق.
وأوضحت في تصريحات إعلامية أن شاكر «اتخذ قرار تسليم نفسه منذ فترة»، معتبرة أن «الظروف الحالية تسمح بمتابعة القضية في مناخ قضائي أكثر نزاهة وهدوءاً».
وأشارت مبارك إلى أن كل المؤشرات الراهنة توحي بأن القضاء اللبناني سيتعامل مع الملف بعيداً عن أي تجاذبات أو حسابات سياسية، وهو ما يعزز فرص الفنان في الحصول على محاكمة عادلة تنظر في الوقائع بموضوعية وشفافية.
Recently, social media has circulated news about the Lebanese artist Fadel Shaker experiencing a sudden health crisis, coinciding with the scheduling of his preliminary interrogation session before the Lebanese judiciary. However, a close source to Shaker confirmed that this news is not true.
He stated in media interviews that the Lebanese artist is in good health and spends his days normally, away from any health issues.
These rumors come just hours before the scheduled preliminary session tomorrow (Wednesday), which was set by the President of the Criminal Court in Beirut, Judge Bilal Dnaoui, as part of the ongoing investigations into the events of 2013 that continue to stir controversy regarding their details and implications.
According to information, the session will be held for artist Fadel Shaker, regarding accusations related to "incitement to attempt to kill the plaintiff Hilal Hamoud," a case that is still undergoing lengthy and complex judicial procedures.
In contrast, the artist's lawyer, Amata Mubarak, confirmed that her client is innocent of all the charges against him, emphasizing that his legal file is completely independent of the case of Sheikh Ahmad al-Assir, which had previously been associated with his name.
She clarified in media statements that Shaker "made the decision to surrender himself some time ago," considering that "the current circumstances allow for the case to proceed in a more fair and calm judicial atmosphere."
Mubarak pointed out that all current indicators suggest that the Lebanese judiciary will handle the file away from any political tensions or calculations, which enhances the artist's chances of receiving a fair trial that objectively and transparently examines the facts.
