قررت الفنانة المصرية حورية فرغلي، اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية كافة ضد المتورطين في سرقة حساباتها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي أخيراً ومستغلي اسمها وصورها دون وجه حق.
وقالت فرغلي: «تعرضت في الفترة الأخيرة لسرقة حساباتي على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، بدأت بالفعل اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة لملاحقة الأشخاص الذين استغلوا اسمي وصوري دون وجه حق».
وأضافت في تصريحات إعلامية: «بقالي ست سنوات ماعنديش أي حسابات على السوشيال ميديا، وكل الصفحات اللي بتتكلم باسمي مزيفة، والفترة الأخيرة بدأت أتحرك قانونياً ضد الأشخاص اللي سرقوا حساباتي، وعملت أكونت جديد على تيك توك، لكن لسه في شوية مشاكل بحلها حالياً».
وأعربت حورية عن استيائها من استغلال اسمها في نشر أخبار وشائعات غير صحيحة، موضحة أن البعض استخدم صورها القديمة لإثارة الجدل أو الترويج لأخبار وهمية عنها، ما دفعها إلى التحرك الرسمي لحماية اسمها وحقوقها الأدبية.
وقالت: «مش كل اللي بيتقال على السوشيال ميديا حقيقي، وأنا اتضررت كتير بسبب الكلام اللي بيتقال عني بدون ما يكون لي وجود هناك، عشان كده قررت أرجع بنفسي، وأوضح الحقيقة من حساباتي الموثقة فقط».
يأتي ذلك في الوقت الذي تعيش فيه حورية فرغلي حالة من النشاط الفني، بعد مشاركتها المميزة في المسلسل الإذاعي «سندريلا كيوت» الذي عرض في رمضان 2025، وحقق أصداء إيجابية لدى الجمهور.
The Egyptian artist Horia Farghaly has decided to take all legal actions against those involved in stealing her accounts on social media recently and exploiting her name and images without rightful permission.
Farghaly said: "Recently, I have been subjected to the theft of my accounts on social media. I have already started taking the necessary legal actions to pursue the individuals who exploited my name and images without rightful permission."
She added in media statements: "I haven't had any social media accounts for six years, and all the pages that speak in my name are fake. Recently, I started taking legal action against the people who stole my accounts, and I created a new account on TikTok, but I still have some issues that I am currently resolving."
Horia expressed her dissatisfaction with the exploitation of her name to spread false news and rumors, explaining that some have used her old photos to stir controversy or promote fake news about her, which prompted her to take official action to protect her name and her literary rights.
She said: "Not everything said on social media is true, and I have been harmed a lot because of the things said about me without my presence there. That's why I decided to return myself and clarify the truth only from my verified accounts."
This comes at a time when Horia Farghaly is experiencing a period of artistic activity, following her remarkable participation in the radio series "Cinderella Cute," which aired in Ramadan 2025 and received positive feedback from the audience.
