يكرّم مركز الشيخ جابر الأحمد الثقافي في 30 أكتوبرالجاري الشاعر الغنائي عبداللطيف البناي، بمشاركة 4 فنانين سيقدمون أغاني منوعة من كلماته تغنّى بها أشهر فناني الكويت والخليج والعرب.
وشارك مركز الشيخ جابر الأحمد الثقافي، بفيديو للشاعر عبداللطيف البنَّاي وعلق عليه «تندرج أغنيات الشَّاعر عبداللطيف البنَّاي، في مجملها، تحت ما يُسمَّى بالأغنية العاطفية، وإن انقسمت إلى الأعمال الوطنية والرياضية وأغنيات الأطفال، فلا تخلو مفردات البنَّاي من عاطفة تُميِّزه عن غيره، كذلك استعاراته لمفردات اللهجة الكويتية السهلة، في حفلنا القادم في المسرح الوطني 30 أكتوبر، نُكرّم شاعرنا الكبير بتقديم مجموعة منتقاة من أحب أغنياته، نستمع إليها بأصوات الفنانين بدر نوري، وجاسم بن ثاني، وفهد السالم، ورولان، مع الفرقة الموسيقية بقيادة المايسترو الدكتور خالد نوري».
وعبداللطيف البنَّاي شاعر غنائي يجمع بين الماضي والحاضر في كلماته وفنّه، أحبه وشارك أغانيه الجيل القديم والحديث، ويُعد من أحد الشعراء الذين ساهموا في تطوير الأغنية الكويتية الحديثة على مدى 50 عاماً قدم خلالها أكثر من 700 أغنية عاطفية ووطنية، فضلاً عن أغاني المناسبات والأوبريتات، بالإضافة إلى عدد من المسرحيات الغنائية، وتعاون مع أشهر فناني وفنانات الخليج.
The Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Center will honor the lyricist Abdul Latif Al-Bannai on October 30, with the participation of 4 artists who will present a variety of songs from his lyrics, sung by the most famous artists of Kuwait, the Gulf, and the Arab world.
The Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Center shared a video of the poet Abdul Latif Al-Bannai and commented, "The songs of poet Abdul Latif Al-Bannai generally fall under what is called romantic songs, even though they are divided into national, sports, and children's songs. The words of Al-Bannai are always infused with emotions that distinguish him from others, as well as his use of simple Kuwaiti dialect expressions. In our upcoming event at the National Theater on October 30, we will honor our great poet by presenting a selected collection of his beloved songs, which we will listen to in the voices of artists Badr Nouri, Jassim Bin Thani, Fahd Al-Salem, and Roland, accompanied by the musical band led by Maestro Dr. Khalid Nouri."
Abdul Latif Al-Bannai is a lyricist who bridges the past and present in his words and art. He is loved by both the old and new generations who share his songs. He is considered one of the poets who contributed to the development of modern Kuwaiti music over the past 50 years, during which he has produced more than 700 romantic and national songs, in addition to songs for occasions and operettas, as well as several musical plays, and he has collaborated with the most famous artists of the Gulf.
