استدعت نيابة حي «العجوزة» في القاهرة الإعلامي المصري الشهير عمرو أديب للاستماع لأقواله في البلاغات المقدمة ضده من رئيس نادي الزمالك السابق مرتضى منصور، والتي يتهمه فيها بـ«السب والقذف والتشهير وتشويه السمعة».
وتباشر نيابة العجوزة التحقيق في البلاغات التي تقدم بها مرتضى منصور، وتضمنت اتهامات لعمرو أديب بالإساءة إليه خلال إحدى حلقات برنامجه، واستخدام عبارات اعتبرها «تمثل تجاوزًا بحقه وإضرارًا بسمعته».
وانفجرت الخلافات القديمة بين الطرفين حين اتهم عمرو أديب رئيس نادي الزمالك السابق بأنه «يقف وراء البلاغات، التي أدت إلى سحب أرض النادي بمدينة 6 أكتوبر، التي كان مقرراً بناء فرع جديد عليها وتسبب ذلك الأمر في انهيار ميزانية النادي، الذي كان يعتمد بشكل أساسي على بناء الفرع على تلك الأرض»، وفق قوله.
The Public Prosecution of the "Agouza" district in Cairo has summoned the famous Egyptian media figure Amr Adib to hear his statements regarding the complaints filed against him by the former president of Zamalek Club, Mortada Mansour, who accuses him of "insult, defamation, and tarnishing his reputation."
The Agouza Prosecution is investigating the complaints submitted by Mortada Mansour, which included accusations against Amr Adib of insulting him during one of the episodes of his program and using phrases that he considered "a transgression against him and harmful to his reputation."
Old disputes between the two parties flared up when Amr Adib accused the former president of Zamalek Club of being "behind the complaints, which led to the withdrawal of the club's land in 6th of October City, where a new branch was supposed to be built, and this matter caused the club's budget to collapse, which relied mainly on building the branch on that land," according to his statement.
