عقد أحد المكاتب القانونية في القاهرة، مساء أمس (الإثنين)، جلسة صلح بين مطرب المهرجانات عصام صاصا ومدير أعماله معاذ وليد من جهة، ومالك الملهى الليلي وأفراد الأمن من جهة أخرى، وذلك إثر المشاجرة الشهيرة التي وقعت بين الطرفين داخل ملهى ليلي بكورنيش المعادي قبل أيام، والتي عُرفت إعلاميًا بـ«خناقة المعادي».
وبحسب ما أكده فريق الدفاع عن صاصا، المكون من المحاميين مصطفى توفيق وحسام يوسف، فإن الواقعة لم تكن سوى خلاف بسيط حول دخول أحد أصدقاء المطرب إلى الملهى الليلي، إلا أن الموقف تطور سريعًا بسبب سوء تفاهم بين أفراد الأمن ومرافقي الفنان، لينتهي الأمر بمشاجرة خرجت عن السيطرة.
وأوضح الدفاع أن الطرفين حررا توكيلات قانونية لمحاميهم لإعادة فتح التحقيق أمام النيابة العامة، بغرض توضيح ملابسات الحادثة وإثبات أن ما وقع لم يكن "بلطجة" كما وُصف في محضر الشرطة، بل مشادة عارضة تم احتواؤها وإنهاؤها بالتراضي بين جميع الأطراف.
وقررت نيابة دار السلامفي في وقت سابق إخلاء سبيل عصام صاصا ومدير أعماله ومالك الملهى و11 آخرين بكفالة مالية قدرها 10 آلاف جنيه لكل متهم، بعد اتهامهم بارتكاب أعمال شغب وبلطجة وتعطيل حركة المرور نتيجة المشاجرة التي شهدها كورنيش المعادي.
وكشفت التحريات أن الواقعة بدأت داخل الملهى أثناء استعداد صاصا لتقديم فقرته الغنائية، قبل أن تتطور المشادة إلى اشتباك امتد خارج المكان، ما تسبب في حالة من الفوضى أمام الملهى الليلي. وأثناء محاولة صاصا مغادرة المكان بسيارته، طارده أحد الأشخاص بدراجة نارية وألقاها أمامه، مما أدى إلى اصطدامه بها وتحطم السيارة وانفجار الوسائد الهوائية، ليغادر بعدها الفنان موقع الحادثة سيرًا على الأقدام، ويستقل سيارة أخرى.
A legal office in Cairo held a reconciliation session yesterday evening (Monday) between the festival singer Issam Sasa and his manager Moaz Walid on one side, and the owner of the nightclub and security personnel on the other side. This was in light of the famous brawl that took place between the two parties inside a nightclub on the Corniche in Maadi a few days ago, which was publicly referred to as the "Maadi Fight".
According to what the defense team for Sasa, consisting of lawyers Mustafa Tawfiq and Hossam Youssef, confirmed, the incident was merely a minor disagreement regarding the entry of one of the singer's friends into the nightclub. However, the situation escalated quickly due to a misunderstanding between the security personnel and the artist's companions, resulting in a brawl that got out of control.
The defense clarified that both parties issued legal powers of attorney to their lawyer to reopen the investigation before the public prosecutor, with the aim of clarifying the circumstances of the incident and proving that what occurred was not "thuggery" as described in the police report, but rather an incidental altercation that was contained and resolved amicably between all parties.
The Dar Al-Salam prosecution had previously decided to release Issam Sasa, his manager, the nightclub owner, and 11 others on bail of 10,000 Egyptian pounds for each defendant, after they were accused of committing acts of rioting, thuggery, and obstructing traffic as a result of the brawl witnessed on the Corniche in Maadi.
Investigations revealed that the incident began inside the nightclub while Sasa was preparing to perform his musical segment, before the altercation escalated into a confrontation that extended outside the venue, causing chaos in front of the nightclub. While attempting to leave the place in his car, Sasa was pursued by an individual on a motorcycle who threw it in front of him, leading to a collision and the car being damaged, with the airbags deploying. The artist then left the scene of the incident on foot and got into another car.
