وجّه نقيب المهن الموسيقية المصرية الفنان مصطفى كامل، رسالة إلى أعضاء الجمعية العمومية بمناسبة مرور ثلاث سنوات على توليه رئاسة النقابة، أعرب خلالها عن تقديره لكل من دعمه وسانده في استعادة حقوق الموسيقيين التي أُهدرت سنوات طويلة.
قرارات حاسمة
وأكد كامل، في بيان رسمي، أنه واجه الفساد داخل النقابة منذ اليوم الأول لتوليه المنصب، مشيراً إلى أنه خاض معارك من أجل حماية أموال الأعضاء والدفاع عن مصالحهم، قائلاً: «اقتحمت عش الدبابير، وسأظل أدافع عن حقوق الموسيقيين حتى النهاية».
وأوضح نقيب الموسيقيين أنه لم يتخذ أي قرار يضر بمصالح الأعضاء أو أصحاب المعاشات، مؤكداً أنه لم يسعَ يوماً إلى البقاء في المنصب على حساب المبادئ أو القيم المهنية.
جولات ميدانية
كما أعلن عن خطة لتنظيم جولات ميدانية في جميع المحافظات خلال الفترة القادمة، للقاء الأعضاء ومناقشة قضاياهم بشكل مباشر، مشدداً على أن إدارة النقابة «مسؤولية كبيرة تتطلب عملاً حقيقياً، وليست مجرد إعانات أو مجاملات».
رسالة حازمة
واختتم مصطفى كامل بيانه برسالة حازمة، قال فيها: «حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل في كل من يسعى لعودة الظلم والفساد، وسأظل على العهد حتى الجمعية العمومية القادمة في 2026، مدافعاً عن كل موسيقي وحقوقه».
The Egyptian Musicians' Syndicate head, artist Mustafa Kamel, addressed the members of the General Assembly on the occasion of the three-year anniversary of his presidency, expressing his appreciation to everyone who supported him in restoring the rights of musicians that had been neglected for many years.
Decisive Decisions
Kamel confirmed in an official statement that he has faced corruption within the syndicate since the first day of his appointment, noting that he has fought battles to protect the members' funds and defend their interests, saying: "I have invaded the hornet's nest, and I will continue to defend the rights of musicians until the end."
The head of the musicians emphasized that he has not made any decision that harms the interests of members or pensioners, affirming that he has never sought to remain in office at the expense of principles or professional values.
Field Tours
He also announced a plan to organize field tours in all governorates in the upcoming period, to meet with members and discuss their issues directly, stressing that the management of the syndicate "is a significant responsibility that requires real work, not just assistance or flattery."
Firm Message
Mustafa Kamel concluded his statement with a firm message, saying: "God is sufficient for me, and He is the best disposer of affairs against anyone who seeks to bring back injustice and corruption, and I will remain committed until the next General Assembly in 2026, defending every musician and their rights."
