تساءل عدد كبير من جمهور ومحبي الفنان اللبناني فضل شاكر عن مصيره القانوني، بعد أن سلّم نفسه إلى الجيش اللبناني، وذلك عقب سنوات طويلة من الاختفاء داخل مخيم عين الحلوة، على خلفية اتهامه في قضايا تتعلق بالإرهاب وأحداث عبرا عام 2013.
مصير فضل شاكر قانونياً
ونقلت وسائل إعلام لبنانية تصريحات محامية فضل شاكر الدكتورة أماتا مبارك، التي أوضحت الموقف الحالي لموكلها، مؤكدة أنه يتمتع بصحة جيدة ولديه معنويات مرتفعة، إذ من المقرر أن يخضع للتحقيق أمام أعلى الجهات القضائية اللبنانية في الأحكام الغيابية الصادرة بحقه.
وأضافت أن هذه الأحكام تسقط قانونيا بمجرد تسليمه نفسه، لتُعاد محاكمته مجددا بصورة عادلة وفق الإجراءات القضائية اللبنانية دون تحشيد سياسي من أي طرف.
الجيش اللبناني يكشف الكواليس
من جانبه، أصدر الجيش اللبناني أول بيان رسمي لكشف تفاصيل تسليم فضل شاكر نفسه لاستخبارات الجيش اللبنانية داخل مخيم عين الحلوة.
وجاء في البيان المنشور عبر الموقع الرسمي للجيش اللبناني أنه بتاريخ 4 أكتوبر 2025، ونتيجة سلسلة من الاتصالات بين الجيش والجهات المعنية، سلّم المطلوب فضل عبدالرحمن شمندر المعروف بـ«فضل شاكر» نفسه إلى دورية من مديرية المخابرات عند مدخل مخيم عين الحلوة في صيدا، على خلفية أحداث عبرا عام 2013، مؤكدا أنه يجري التحقيق معه تحت إشراف القضاء المختص.
هل يواجه السجن لمدة 22 عاما؟
وطرح كثير من محبي الفنان اللبناني فضل شاكر تساؤلا حول ما إذا كان سيواجه حكما بالسجن لمدة 22 عاما، وهو مجموع الأحكام التي صدرت بحقه على خلفية أحداث عبرا عام 2013.
وصدر الحكم الأول غيابيا بالسجن 15 عاما مع الأشغال الشاقة، إلى جانب تجريده من حقوقه المدنية، كما صدر بحقه حكم ثانٍ بالسجن 7 سنوات مع الأشغال الشاقة، بعد توجيه تهمة تمويل جماعة الأسير.
ومع ذلك، ذهبت التقارير القانونية إلى أن هذه الأحكام الغيابية تسقط تلقائيا بمجرد تسليمه نفسه، لتُعاد محاكمته من جديد تحت مظلة القضاء اللبناني دون ضغوط سياسية.
A large number of fans and admirers of the Lebanese artist Fadel Shaker have wondered about his legal fate after he surrendered to the Lebanese army, following many years of hiding in the Ain al-Hilweh camp, in connection with accusations related to terrorism and the events of Abra in 2013.
Fadel Shaker's Legal Fate
Lebanese media reported statements from Fadel Shaker's lawyer, Dr. Amata Mubarak, who clarified her client's current situation, confirming that he is in good health and has high spirits, as he is set to undergo investigation before the highest Lebanese judicial authorities regarding the absentia rulings issued against him.
She added that these rulings are legally nullified as soon as he surrenders himself, allowing for a fair retrial according to Lebanese judicial procedures without any political mobilization from any party.
The Lebanese Army Reveals the Details
For its part, the Lebanese army issued its first official statement revealing the details of Fadel Shaker's surrender to the Lebanese military intelligence inside the Ain al-Hilweh camp.
The statement published on the official website of the Lebanese army indicated that on October 4, 2025, and as a result of a series of communications between the army and the relevant parties, the wanted Fadel Abdul Rahman Shmandar, known as "Fadel Shaker," surrendered himself to a patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence at the entrance of the Ain al-Hilweh camp in Sidon, in connection with the events of Abra in 2013, confirming that he is being investigated under the supervision of the competent judiciary.
Will He Face 22 Years in Prison?
Many fans of the Lebanese artist Fadel Shaker have raised the question of whether he will face a prison sentence of 22 years, which is the total of the sentences issued against him in connection with the events of Abra in 2013.
The first ruling was issued in absentia, sentencing him to 15 years in prison with hard labor, along with stripping him of his civil rights. Additionally, a second ruling was issued against him for 7 years in prison with hard labor after he was charged with financing the Al-Assir group.
However, legal reports have indicated that these absentia rulings are automatically nullified as soon as he surrenders himself, allowing for a new trial under the umbrella of the Lebanese judiciary without political pressure.
