في أول تعليق على تسليم الفنان فضل شاكر نفسه للجيش اللبناني، أعرب نجله الفنان محمد فضل شاكر عن تفاؤله، قائلاً عبر منشور على «إنستغرام»: «إن مع العسر يسراً.. مهما ضاق الطريق فإن فرج الله أقرب مما تظن».
وكان فضل شاكر قد سلّم نفسه طوعاً لاستخبارات الجيش اللبناني داخل مخيم عين الحلوة، بعد سنوات طويلة من الاختفاء، حيث عاش منذ عام 2013 بالمخيم مبتعداً عن الأضواء والساحة الفنية.
كواليس التسليم
وأفادت وسائل إعلام لبنانية بأن شاكر أقدم على هذه الخطوة بمحض إرادته، عقب تعرضه لتهديدات أمنية خطيرة داخل المخيم، في ظل رغبته بإنهاء وضعه القانوني العالق لعدة سنوات.
وأكدت الوسائل أن فضل شاكر سيخضع للتحقيق أمام الجهات المعنية في لبنان، لإنهاء ملف أزماته بشكل نهائي، لتظهر معها حقيقة وضعه القانوني على الملأ، ومن ثم يصدر قرار الإفراج عنه خلال الأيام القادمة، بعد الانتهاء من الإجراءات الرسمية.
تفاصيل قضية فضل شاكر
تعود قضية فضل شاكر إلى عام 2012 عقب اتهامه بالمشاركة في اشتباكات بين الجيش اللبناني ومسلحين تابعين لأحمد الأسير، ما دفعه للتواري داخل مخيم عين الحلوة منذ 2013.
يذكر أنه صدرت بحق فضل شاكر أحكام غيابية عدة، بينما نفى مراراً تورطه في أي أعمال عنف، معتبراً الاتهامات نتيجة ظروف سياسية وأمنية معقدة.

Fadl Shaker had voluntarily surrendered to the Lebanese army intelligence inside the Ain al-Hilweh camp, after many years of hiding, where he had lived since 2013 away from the spotlight and the artistic scene.

Lebanese media reported that Shaker took this step of his own accord, following serious security threats he faced inside the camp, amid his desire to resolve his long-standing legal status.
The media confirmed that Fadl Shaker will be subjected to investigation by the relevant authorities in Lebanon, to finalize his crisis file, revealing the truth about his legal situation publicly, and then a decision to release him is expected in the coming days, after completing the official procedures.
Details of Fadl Shaker's Case
The case of Fadl Shaker dates back to 2012 after he was accused of participating in clashes between the Lebanese army and militants loyal to Ahmad al-Assir, which led him to hide in the Ain al-Hilweh camp since 2013.
It is noteworthy that several absentia sentences were issued against Fadl Shaker, while he has repeatedly denied his involvement in any acts of violence, considering the accusations to be a result of complex political and security circumstances.
