عادت الخلافات بين الإعلامية بوسي شلبي ونجلَي الفنان الراحل محمود عبدالعزيز مجددا، عقب رفض النيابة العامة الالتماس المقدم من الأسرة ضد قرار حفظ محضر اتهامها بتزوير بيانات بطاقة الرقم القومي الخاصة بها.
وكشفت التحقيقات عدم توافر القصد الجنائي في واقعة التزوير، موضحة أن بعض البيانات كانت مغلوطة في الأساس، فيما أثبتت الوثائق الرسمية السابقة استمرار العلاقة الزوجية شكليا حتى وفاة الفنان عام 2016.

وخلال التحقيقات، أدلت داليا محمد العربي، ابنة شقيقة الراحل، بشهادتها مؤكدة أن بوسي شلبي ظلت زوجة خالها حتى وفاته، وأن الطلاق الذي وقع كان غيابيا فقط لإرضاء نجليه.

في المقابل، تمسك نجلا الفنان، محمد وكريم محمود عبدالعزيز، بأن والدهما طلّق بوسي شلبي رسميا عام 1998، مؤكدين أن المحكمة سبق ورفضت دعوى أقامتها لإثبات رجعتها إليه.

وخلال أقوالها أمام النيابة، أوضحت بوسي شلبي أن ما جرى كان «طلاقا صوريا» لإرضاء نجليه، مؤكدة أنها ظلت زوجة الراحل أمام الجميع وفي الوثائق الرسمية، مشيرة إلى أن جواز سفرها الصادر عام 2004 تضمن تأشيرة عمرة باسم محمود عبدالعزيز كمَحرَم لها، معتبرة نفسها زوجته أمام الله والناس حتى وفاته.

وتجاهل الفنان محمد محمود عبدالعزيز، سابقا، قرار النيابة العامة، الصادر أمس الأول (الأحد)، برفض الالتماس المقدم منه وشقيقه كريم، بشأن التحقيق في محضر تزوير البيانات الخاصة ببطاقة الرقم القومي للإعلامية بوسي شلبي، والاكتفاء بحفظ البلاغ. ونشر محمد عبر حسابه على «فيسبوك» صورا من إجازته في فرنسا، معلقا: «بفكر أشتري آيس كريم.. أسألكم الفاتحة والدعاء لأبويا ولكل من رحلوا عنا»، في أول تعليق له عقب القرار.

Investigations revealed that there was no criminal intent in the forgery incident, clarifying that some of the data was fundamentally incorrect, while official documents previously confirmed that the marital relationship remained formally intact until the artist's death in 2016.

During the investigations, Dalia Mohamed Al-Arabi, the late artist's niece, testified, confirming that Bousi Shalabi remained her uncle's wife until his death, and that the divorce that occurred was only in absentia to appease his two sons.

In contrast, the artist's sons, Mohamed and Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, insisted that their father officially divorced Bousi Shalabi in 1998, affirming that the court had previously rejected a lawsuit she filed to prove her return to him.

Additionally, the late artist's brother, Tarek Abdel Aziz, indicated that the divorce was conducted in absentia in his presence, and that communication between the two parties later was limited to her work as the late artist's manager, without his brother informing him of any reconciliation.

During her statements before the prosecutor, Bousi Shalabi clarified that what happened was a "symbolic divorce" to satisfy his sons, asserting that she remained the late artist's wife in front of everyone and in official documents, noting that her passport issued in 2004 included a visa for Umrah in the name of Mahmoud Abdel Aziz as her mahram, considering herself his wife before God and people until his death.
Ignoring the prosecutor's decision
Artist Mohamed Mahmoud Abdel Aziz previously ignored the public prosecutor's decision, issued the day before yesterday (Sunday), rejecting the petition submitted by him and his brother Karim regarding the investigation into the case of falsifying the data related to media personality Bousi Shalabi's national ID card, and opting to close the complaint. Mohamed posted on his Facebook account pictures from his vacation in France, commenting: "I'm thinking of buying ice cream... I ask you for Al-Fatiha and prayers for my father and for everyone who has departed from us," in his first comment following the decision.
