تجاهل الفنان محمد محمود عبدالعزيز قرار النيابة العامة، الصادر أمس (الأحد)، برفض الالتماس المقدم منه وشقيقه كريم، بشأن التحقيق في محضر تزوير البيانات الخاصة ببطاقة الرقم القومي للإعلامية بوسي شلبي، والاكتفاء بحفظ البلاغ. ونشر عبدالعزيز عبر حسابه على «فيسبوك» صوراً من إجازته في فرنسا، معلقاً: «بفكر أشتري آيس كريم.. أسألكم الفاتحة والدعاء لأبويا ولكل من رحلوا عنا»، في أول تعليق له عقب القرار.
قرار النيابة العامة
كانت النيابة قد رفضت الالتماس المقدم من أسرة الفنان الراحل محمود عبدالعزيز على قرار حفظ محضر التزوير الموجه ضد بوسي شلبي، مؤكدة أن القصد الجنائي للتزوير غير متوافر. وكشفت التحقيقات أن البطاقات الرسمية للفنان الراحل وللإعلامية تضمنت بيانات متطابقة بصفة «متزوج» عند إصدارها، إضافة إلى وجود مستندات رسمية وتأشيرات سفر تثبت استمرار العلاقة الزوجية شكلياً حتى وفاة محمود عبدالعزيز عام 2016.
خلفية الأزمة
تعود الأزمة إلى تصريحات بوسي شلبي في أحد البرامج التلفزيونية حين قدّمت نفسها بأنها أرملة محمود عبدالعزيز، وهو ما رفضه نجلاه مؤكدين أن والدهما طلقها قبل وفاته بسنوات. وأقام الابنان محضراً ضدها مطالبين باتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة، لكن التحقيقات انتهت بالحفظ لعدم توافر أدلة التزوير.
Artist Mohamed Mahmoud Abdelaziz ignored the Public Prosecution's decision, issued yesterday (Sunday), to reject the appeal submitted by him and his brother Karim regarding the investigation into the forged data related to the national ID card of media figure Bousi Shalaby, and to merely archive the complaint. Abdelaziz posted on his Facebook account pictures from his vacation in France, commenting: “I’m thinking of buying ice cream.. I ask you for Al-Fatiha and prayers for my father and for everyone who has departed from us,” in his first comment following the decision.
Public Prosecution's Decision
The prosecution had rejected the appeal submitted by the family of the late artist Mahmoud Abdelaziz against the decision to archive the forgery report directed at Bousi Shalaby, confirming that the criminal intent for forgery was not present. Investigations revealed that the official cards of the late artist and the media figure contained matching data indicating "married" at the time of issuance, in addition to the existence of official documents and travel visas proving the continuation of the marital relationship in form until Mahmoud Abdelaziz's death in 2016.
Background of the Crisis
The crisis dates back to statements made by Bousi Shalaby in a television program when she introduced herself as the widow of Mahmoud Abdelaziz, which was rejected by his two sons, asserting that their father divorced her years before his death. The sons filed a report against her demanding the necessary legal actions, but the investigations concluded with the case being archived due to the lack of evidence for forgery.
