رفضت النيابة العامة في أكتوبر، الالتماس المقدم من أسرة الفنان المصري الراحل محمود عبدالعزيز، على قرار النيابة بحفظ محضر تزوير البيانات الخاطئة في بطاقة الرقم القومي للإعلامية المصرية بوسي شلبي.

وجاء قرار النيابة العامة بحفظ محضر تزوير البيانات الخاطئة في بطاقة الرقم القومي للإعلامية بوسي شلبي بعد الإثبات أن بيانات كانت مغلوطة.
وانتهت تحقيقات النيابة بأن القصد الجنائي للتزوير غير متوافر، كاشفة أن البطاقات الرسمية الخاصة بالفنان الراحل وبوسي شلبي تضمنت بيانات متطابقة بصفة متزوج عند إصدارها، فضلاً عن وجود تأشيرات سفر ومستندات رسمية أثبتت استمرار العلاقة الزوجية شكلياً حتى وفاة الفنان عام 2016.

وكان ابنا الفنان الراحل محمود عبدالعزيز أعلنا، سابقاً، تضررهما من زوجة والدهما السابقة، الإعلامية بوسي شلبي، لظهورها في برنامج بإحدى القنوات الفضائية، وادعائها أنها أرملة والدهما الفنان الراحل، رغم أنه طلقها منذ سنوات عديدة.
وحرر ابنا الفنان الراحل محمود عبدالعزيز محضراً طالبا فيه باتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة تجاهها، وأخطرت النيابة المختصة للتحقيق.
