وأصدر المكتب الإعلامي لراغب علامة، بياناً رسمياً، كشف فيه التفاصيل بتعرضه سابقاً لسلسلة من الإهانات المباشرة عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، اعتبرها لا تليق بمكانته ولا بجمهور الفن الراقي.
وأكد البيان أن هذه التصرفات لا تعكس الصورة الحقيقية للفن والإبداع، ولا تتوافق مع مبادئ راغب علامة، مشددًا على أن المكتب القانوني اتخذ الإجراءات اللازمة لملاحقة الأشخاص الذين أساؤوا وتطاولوا، وذلك وفقاً للقوانين المرعية.
واختتم البيان بأن الفنان راغب علامة لا يقبل التعدي وسوف يأخذ حقه من خلال القانون، وسنواصل الدفاع عن حقوقه القانونية والأخلاقية بكل الوسائل المشروعة، موجهاً الشكر لكل من يستمر في دعمه خلال مسيرته الفنية
