أصدرت نقابة المهن التمثيلية في مصر برئاسة الفنان أشرف زكي، بيانا شديد اللهجة حذّرت فيه من محاولات بعض الأشخاص استغلال اسم مسلسل «الاختيار 4» للنصب على الفنانين الشباب والهواة الطامحين لدخول المجال الفني.
وأكدت النقابة أنها لم تفوض أي شخص أو جهة بإجراء ترشيحات أو اختبارات تخص العمل، مشددة على أن ما يتم الترويج له عبر وسائل التواصل أو المكالمات الهاتفية بشأن طلب مبالغ مالية مقابل المشاركة في المسلسل هو «ادعاءات عارية تماما من الصحة».
وأضاف البيان أن النقابة تواصلت مع الشركة المنتجة للعمل، التي أكدت بدورها أن أي خطوات إنتاجية أو إعلانات رسمية تخص المسلسل تصدر فقط عبر منصاتها الرسمية، وألا علاقة لها بما يُتداول من إعلانات أو دعوات «كاستينغ» مزعومة.
ودعت النقابة الفنانين والهواة إلى عدم الانسياق وراء محاولات النصب، مطالبة بالإبلاغ الفوري عن أي تجاوزات تتم تحت اسم المسلسل أو النقابة، مؤكدة أنها ستلاحق قانونيا كل من يسيء استخدام اسم «الاختيار 4» أو الأعمال الوطنية الكبرى.
The Egyptian Actors' Syndicate, headed by artist Ashraf Zaki, issued a strongly worded statement warning against attempts by some individuals to exploit the name of the series "Al-Ikhteyar 4" to defraud young artists and aspiring amateurs looking to enter the artistic field.
The syndicate confirmed that it has not authorized any person or entity to conduct nominations or tests related to the work, emphasizing that what is being promoted through social media or phone calls regarding requests for financial amounts in exchange for participation in the series is "completely unfounded claims."
The statement added that the syndicate has contacted the production company of the work, which confirmed that any production steps or official announcements related to the series will only be issued through its official platforms, and that it has no connection to the advertisements or alleged "casting" calls being circulated.
The syndicate urged artists and amateurs not to fall for attempts at fraud, calling for immediate reporting of any violations occurring under the name of the series or the syndicate, confirming that it will legally pursue anyone who misuses the name "Al-Ikhteyar 4" or other major national works.
