قررت إدارة مهرجان الغردقة لسينما الشباب تكريم الفنان المصري محمد ممدوح «تايسون» في حفل افتتاح الدورة الثالثة من المهرجان، المقرر إقامته في الفترة من 25 وحتى 30 سبتمبر المقبل في مدينة الغردقة بالقاهرة.
يأتي تكريم محمد ممدوح في مهرجان الغردقة لسينما الشباب تقديرًا لمشوار نجم شاب حافل بالأعمال السينمائية الناجحة وتكريما لجيل من المواهب التمثيلية الشابة المميزة.
ومن جانبه، أعرب «ممدوح» في بيان صحفي، عن تقديره للمهرجان لاختياره للتكريم، مشيراً إلى أن التكريم يضع الفنان في مسؤولية كبيرة تجاه خطواته المقبلة وأنه يجب ألا يقل في أعماله عن المستوى الذي استحق عنه هذا التكريم.
وأكد «ممدوح» أنه يعطي تكريمه بالمهرجان إهداء لأبناء جيله، الذي يفخر بالانتماء إليه خصوصا أنه يضم الكثير من المواهب التي حققت نجاحا وانتشارا فنيا كبيرا.
ومن المقرر أن تقام ندوة تكريمية يتحدث فيها محمد ممدوح للنقاد والصحفيين ووسائل الإعلام عن مشواره الحافل الذي يضم ما يزيد على الـ 30 فيلما، وذلك خلال فعاليات المهرجان.
ومن جانبه، أكد السيناريست محمد الباسوسي رئيس المهرجان، في البيان، أن إدارة المهرجان حريصة على اختيار أصحاب التجارب الفنية المميزة للتكريم وإلقاء الضوء على أعمالهم الفنية خصوصا السينمائية منها، مشدداً على أن محمد ممدوح صاحب تجربة ملهمة وحافلة بالأعمال الفنية المتنوعة ما بين الكوميدي والأكشن والميلودراما التي حققت نجاحا فنيا وجماهيريا كبيرا.
وأشار رئيس مهرجان الغردقة إلى أن محمد ممدوح ينتمي لنوعية الممثلين الذين يبحثون عن الدور وواقعيته وتأثيره لدى الجمهور، حيث يشارك أيضاً في أعمال جماعية تارة أخرى حباً في شخصية جذبته لتقديمها مثل «روكي الغلابة وعيار ناري وتراب الماس والأصليين والفيل الأزرق والخلية والسادة الأفاضل»، الذي انتهى من تصويره أخيرا.

For his part, Mamdouh expressed his appreciation for the festival in a press statement, noting that the honor places a significant responsibility on the artist regarding his future steps and that he should not fall short in his works compared to the level that earned him this recognition.
Mamdouh confirmed that he dedicates his honor at the festival to the youth of his generation, of which he is proud to belong, especially since it includes many talents that have achieved significant artistic success and popularity.
A commemorative seminar is scheduled to be held where Mohamed Mamdouh will speak to critics, journalists, and media about his rich journey that includes more than 30 films, during the festival's events.
For his part, screenwriter Mohamed Al-Basousi, the festival president, confirmed in the statement that the festival management is keen on selecting individuals with distinguished artistic experiences for recognition and highlighting their artistic works, especially in cinema. He emphasized that Mohamed Mamdouh has an inspiring journey filled with diverse artistic works ranging from comedy to action and melodrama that have achieved significant artistic and audience success.
The president of the Hurghada Festival pointed out that Mohamed Mamdouh belongs to the type of actors who seek out roles for their realism and impact on the audience, as he also participates in collective works out of love for characters that attracted him to present them, such as "Rocky Al-Ghalaba," "Ayar Nari," "Turb Al-Mas," "Al-Asliyin," "The Blue Elephant," "The Cell," and "The Esteemed Gentlemen," which he recently finished filming.
