قررت جهات النيابة العامة المصرية في مدينة 6 أكتوبر، حفظ التحقيقات في بلاغ تعدي الفنان المصري أحمد السقا على طليقته الإعلامية المصرية مها الصغير وضربها أمام المارة، داخل مجمع سكني بالمدينة.

ومنذ أيام قليلة، أمرت النيابة العامة بالشيخ زايد، جنائيا، بتغريم أحمد السقا مبلغ 200 جنيه، في اتهامه بالاعتداء على طليقته مها الصغير داخل كومباوند بأكتوبر، الخلاف الذي أثار اهتمام الجمهور ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي المختلفة.

ومن جانبه، نفى أحمد السقا، خلال التحقيقات، كافة الاتهامات المنسوبة إليه، مؤكدا في أقواله أنه لم يصدر منه أي فعل فيه اعتداء على طليقته مها الصغير، قائلاً أمام جهات التحقيق: «محصلش الكلام ده.. أنا ضد أي شكل من أشكال العنف، خصوصاً ضد المرأة».
وبدأت القصة عندما حررا مها الصغير وسائقها محضرا منذ أشهر قليلة، ضد طليقها أحمد السقا، في قسم شرطة أول أكتوبر، واتهماه فيه بالتعدي عليهما بالضرب والسب داخل أحد الكمبوندات السكنية الشهيرة بمدينة 6 أكتوبر.

وجاء في المحضر أن طليقها أحمد السقا طاردها هي وسائقها بسيارته، ولاحقهما وقطع عليهما الطريق داخل الكمبوند، ما دفع السائق إلى محاولة تفادي التصادم ومواصلة السير، قبل أن يعود السقا مجددا ليعتدي بالضرب أولا على مها الصغير، ثم على السائق عند تدخله، وذلك حسبما ذكرت مها الصغير في التحقيقات.
The Egyptian Public Prosecution in 6th of October City has decided to close the investigations into the complaint of the Egyptian artist Ahmed El Sakka assaulting his ex-wife, the Egyptian media figure Maha El Saghir, and hitting her in front of passersby inside a residential compound in the city.

A few days ago, the Public Prosecution in Sheikh Zayed ordered, criminally, to fine Ahmed El Sakka an amount of 200 Egyptian pounds, for allegedly assaulting his ex-wife Maha El Saghir inside a compound in October, a dispute that has attracted public interest and attention on various social media platforms.

For his part, Ahmed El Sakka denied all the accusations against him during the investigations, asserting in his statements that he did not commit any act of assault against his ex-wife Maha El Saghir, saying before the investigative authorities: "This did not happen... I am against any form of violence, especially against women."
The story began when Maha El Saghir and her driver filed a report a few months ago against her ex-husband Ahmed El Sakka at the First October Police Station, accusing him of assaulting them with physical violence and insults inside one of the well-known residential compounds in 6th of October City.

The report stated that her ex-husband Ahmed El Sakka chased her and her driver in his car, pursued them, and blocked their way inside the compound, which prompted the driver to try to avoid a collision and continue driving, before El Sakka returned to assault Maha El Saghir first, and then the driver when he intervened, according to what Maha El Saghir mentioned in the investigations.
