رغم بوادر الانفراج التي ظهرت أخيراً، عادت أزمة منع الفنان اللبناني راغب علامة من الغناء في مصر إلى نقطة الصفر، بعد تصريحات جديدة أطلقها نقيب المهن الموسيقية في مصر مصطفى كامل، أكد فيها تمسكه بإجراء تحقيق رسمي في الواقعة، ومثول راغب أمام لجنة التحقيق المختصة.
ونفى كامل أن يكون الهدف من التحقيق فرض غرامة مالية أو قبول أي تبرعات مادية، مؤكدًا أن القضية تتعلق بتطبيق القانون واحترام الإجراءات النقابية.
وعلى الرغم من تدخل وسطاء لتهدئة الوضع، وكتابة راغب علامة لمنشورات عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي تحمل في مضمونها أن الأزمة أوشكت على الانتهاء، لكن مصطفى كامل في تصريحاته الأخيرة، أكد أن الواقعة لن تمر مرور الكرام، وقال إنه متمسك برأيه ولن يلتفت لآراء الآخرين.
وأشار كامل في لقائه الأخير إلى أن سلوك الفنان راغب علامة على المسرح يتنافى مع العادات والتقاليد المصرية، وأكد أن الأمر لم يقتصر على معجبة واحدة، بل كان هناك أكثر من واقعة في هذا الحفل تم رصدهم من خلال مقاطع مصورة عبر السوشيال ميديا، وهذا سلوك لا يتماشي مع المجتمع المصري وقد يفتح المجال لغيره من النجوم للقيام بمثل هذا السلوك.
وأضاف لن نمنح راغب علامة أي تصاريح لإقامة أي حفلات فنية في مصر إلا بعد التحقيق في الواقعة، وبذلك يصبح حفله المقبل في مراسي بالساحل الشمالي يوم 18 سبتمبر م معلقًا.
وعن إمكانية حل الخلاف بتطبيق غرامة، قال: «نقابتنا لا تأخذ تبرعات، ولسنا جهة لجمع التبرعات أو فرض الغرامات، بل نطبق القانون، وحتى الآن علاقتي براغب قائمة على الاحترام، لكن لا يمكن إنهاء الموضوع من دون تحقيق رسمي».
Despite the signs of a breakthrough that have recently appeared, the crisis of preventing the Lebanese artist Ragheb Alama from singing in Egypt has returned to square one, following new statements made by the head of the Musicians' Syndicate in Egypt, Mustafa Kamel, in which he confirmed his insistence on conducting an official investigation into the incident, and Ragheb's appearance before the relevant investigation committee.
Kamel denied that the aim of the investigation was to impose a financial fine or accept any monetary donations, emphasizing that the issue relates to the application of the law and respect for union procedures.
Despite the intervention of mediators to calm the situation, and Ragheb Alama's posts on social media suggesting that the crisis was nearing its end, Mustafa Kamel, in his recent statements, confirmed that the incident would not go unnoticed, stating that he stands by his opinion and will not pay attention to others' views.
Kamel pointed out in his recent interview that the behavior of the artist Ragheb Alama on stage contradicts Egyptian customs and traditions, and he confirmed that the matter was not limited to a single fan, but there were multiple incidents at this concert that were recorded through video clips on social media, and this behavior does not align with Egyptian society and may open the door for other stars to engage in similar conduct.
He added that we will not grant Ragheb Alama any permits to hold any artistic concerts in Egypt until after the investigation into the incident, thus making his upcoming concert in Marassi on September 18th suspended.
Regarding the possibility of resolving the dispute by imposing a fine, he said: "Our syndicate does not accept donations, and we are not an entity for collecting donations or imposing fines, but we apply the law, and so far my relationship with Ragheb is based on respect, but the matter cannot be concluded without an official investigation."
