أكد الفنان المصري كريم عفيفي أن الجمهور السعودي يمتلك ذائقة فنية عالية ويتفاعل بشغف مع الأعمال المصرية، مشيداً باستقبال السعوديين لمسرحية «أنستونا» التي عُرضت ضمن فعاليات المسرح السعودي وحققت نجاحاً كبيراً.
وفي حديثه لـ«عكاظ»، وصف عفيفي التجربة بأنها رائعة، مشيراً إلى أن العروض المسرحية نُفذت كاملة العدد، ما يعكس مستوى الإعجاب والإقبال الكبير من الجمهور. وأضاف: «رد الفعل كان مذهلاً.. تفاعل الجمهور مع كل تفصيلة، وهذا دليل على عمق ارتباطهم بالفن المصري».
وحول جديده الفني، كشف عفيفي استعداده للمشاركة في موسم الرياض القادم من خلال أعمال مسرحية متنوعة، مؤكداً أنه لا يفضل الظهور الدائم على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، ما يفسر ابتعاده النسبي عن الجمهور في الفترة الماضية.
ويستعد النجم الكوميدي لتصوير مسلسل جديد بعنوان «كنبة»، مؤكداً أنه يحمل فكرة مختلفة وجديدة على المشاهد العربي، إلى جانب انتظاره عرض فيلمه الجديد «ولاد المحظوظة» في دور السينما بنهاية العام الحالي.
ويضم فيلم «ولاد المحظوظة» كوكبة من نجوم الصف الأول والشباب، أبرزهم هيفاء وهبي، محمود الليثي، نانسي صلاح، توني ماهر، وسامي مغاوري، وهو من تأليف هيثم سعيد، وإخراج مرقس عادل. ويُتوقع أن يُقدّم تجربة سينمائية مميزة تعكس روح الشباب والحس الكوميدي المعهود من أبطال العمل.
The Egyptian artist Karim Afifi confirmed that the Saudi audience has a high artistic taste and interacts passionately with Egyptian works, praising the reception of the play "Anstouna," which was presented as part of the Saudi theater activities and achieved great success.
In his talk to "Okaz," Afifi described the experience as wonderful, noting that the theatrical performances were fully attended, reflecting the level of admiration and large turnout from the audience. He added, "The reaction was amazing... the audience interacted with every detail, and this is evidence of their deep connection to Egyptian art."
Regarding his new artistic projects, Afifi revealed his readiness to participate in the upcoming Riyadh season through various theatrical works, confirming that he prefers not to have a constant presence on social media, which explains his relative distance from the audience in the past period.
The comedic star is preparing to shoot a new series titled "Kanaba," confirming that it carries a different and new idea for the Arab viewer, in addition to waiting for the release of his new film "Awlad Al-Mahzouzah" in cinemas by the end of this year.
The film "Awlad Al-Mahzouzah" features a constellation of top stars and young talents, including Haifa Wehbe, Mahmoud El-Liethi, Nancy Salah, Tony Maher, and Sami Maghawry. It is written by Haitham Said and directed by Marqus Adel. It is expected to offer a distinctive cinematic experience that reflects the spirit of youth and the comedic sensibility that the stars of the work are known for.
