أعلنت الإعلامية الكويتية فجر السعيد اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية كافة ضد كل من يوجه لها الإساءة أو يحاول المساس بكرامتها أو سمعتها. مشيرة إلى أن تلك الإجراءات ستكون داخل وخارج الكويت، مؤكدة تصديها لكل من يحاول التعدّي عليها تحت مظلة الرأي، وتمسكها بحقها القانوني.
ونشرت السعيد بياناً عبر حسابها الشخصي على إنستغرام، أكدت من خلاله مباشرة اتخاذ بعض الإجراءات ضد كل من يتعدّى عليها أو يحاول المساس بمكانتها الاجتماعية.
وتابع البيان: «نؤكد احترامنا التام لمبدأ حرية التعبير المكفولة بموجب الدستور والقانون، فإننا نُشدد على أن هذه الحرية لا تبرر التعدّي على الأشخاص أو النيل من كراماتهم تحت مظلة الرأي».
وأضاف: سيتم رصد المخالفات كافة سواء على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي أو غيرها؛ لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة.
Kuwaiti media personality Fajr Al-Saeed announced that she is taking all legal actions against anyone who insults her or attempts to undermine her dignity or reputation. She indicated that these actions will be taken both inside and outside Kuwait, affirming her determination to confront anyone who tries to infringe upon her under the guise of opinion, and her insistence on her legal rights.
Al-Saeed published a statement through her personal account on Instagram, in which she confirmed that she has already begun taking certain actions against anyone who infringes upon her or attempts to undermine her social status.
The statement continued: "While we fully respect the principle of freedom of expression guaranteed by the constitution and law, we emphasize that this freedom does not justify infringing upon individuals or undermining their dignity under the guise of opinion."
It added: All violations will be monitored, whether on social media or elsewhere, to take the necessary legal actions.
