رغم تقديم الإعلامية المصرية مها الصغير، اعتذارها لفنانة تشكيلية دنماركية بعدما سرقت أعمالها الفنية، قرر المجلس الأعلى لتنظيم الإعلام استدعاء الممثل القانوني لقناة ON E لجلسة استماع عاجلة، عقب بث إحدى حلقات برنامج «معكم منى الشاذلي»، التي تضمنت عرض أعمال فنية دون التأكد من ملكيتها الفكرية أو التحقق من نسبها إلى أصحابها الحقيقيين.
وأصدرت لجنة الشكاوى بالمجلس برئاسة وكيل المجلس عصام الأمير، بيانًا أكدت فيه أن الإدارة العامة للرصد، رصدت تجاوزًا في عرض محتوى فني لم تُحدد مصادره، ما استوجب فتح تحقيق رسمي مع القناة المعنية.
وأكد المجلس أن الجلسة المزمع عقدها خلال الأيام المقبلة تأتي في إطار متابعة الالتزام بحقوق الملكية الفكرية، وضمان عدم تكرار مثل هذه الحالات، تعزيزًا لحقوق الفنانين والمبدعين في مختلف الوسائط الإعلامية.
تأتي هذه الخطوة بعد تفاعل واسع مع حلقة البرنامج التي ظهرت فيها الإعلامية مها الصغير وهي تنسب لوحة فنية إليها، تبيّن لاحقًا أنها تعود للفنانة الدنماركية ليزا لانش نيلسن، التي أكدت عبر حساباتها الرسمية ملكيتها للعمل.
Despite the Egyptian media personality Maha El-Sagheer apologizing to a Danish visual artist after her artworks were stolen, the Supreme Council for Media Regulation decided to summon the legal representative of ON E channel for an urgent hearing, following the broadcast of one of the episodes of the program "With Mona El-Shazly," which included the display of artworks without verifying their intellectual property ownership or confirming their attribution to their rightful owners.
The Complaints Committee of the council, chaired by the council's deputy Issam El-Amir, issued a statement confirming that the General Administration for Monitoring detected a violation in presenting artistic content without identifying its sources, which necessitated opening an official investigation with the concerned channel.
The council emphasized that the session scheduled to be held in the coming days is part of monitoring compliance with intellectual property rights and ensuring that such cases do not recur, in support of the rights of artists and creators across various media platforms.
This step comes after a wide reaction to the episode of the program in which media personality Maha El-Sagheer attributed an artwork to herself, which later turned out to belong to the Danish artist Lisa Lanch Nielsen, who confirmed her ownership of the work through her official accounts.
