أعلن محامي ريم طارق المستشار ياسر قنطوش، بدء تنفيذ إجراءات الحجز على الفيلا الخاصة بمغني المهرجانات حسن شاكوش، تنفيذًا للحكم النهائي الصادر عن محكمة الأسرة بأكتوبر، والقاضي بإلزامه بسداد مبلغ 960 ألف جنيه مصري نفقة عدة ومتعة لطليقته ريم طارق.
وأكد استلام الصيغة التنفيذية للحكم، وبدء اتخاذ الخطوات القانونية اللازمة لتنفيذ الحجز ضمن نطاق دائرة قسم شرطة أكتوبر أول، مشيراً إلى أن الإجراءات تُنفذ بالتنسيق مع النيابة المختصة، التي تصدر محضرًا رسميًا للتنفيذ، تتولى بعده قوة من مباحث تنفيذ الأحكام، بالتعاون مع القسم، الانتقال إلى الفيلا لتنفيذ قرار الحجز وفقًا للإجراءات القانونية.
ويأتي هذا التطور بعد أن أيدت محكمة الأسرة قرار محكمة أول درجة بإلزام حسن شاكوش بدفع مبلغ النفقة، استجابة لدعوى تقدّمت بها ريم طارق، طالبت فيها بزيادة المبلغ المقرر سابقًا، معتبرة أن المبلغ السابق لا يغطي احتياجاتها. وبعد إعادة نظر المحكمة في الدعوى، صدر الحكم النهائي بإلزام الفنان بسداد مبلغ 960 ألف جنيه.
يُشار إلى أن محكمة الأسرة بمدينة السادس من أكتوبر كانت قد أصدرت سابقًا حكمًا بإلزام حسن شاكوش بدفع نفقة شهرية قدرها 20 ألف جنيه لطليقته.
The lawyer of Reem Tarek, advisor Yasser Qantoush, announced the commencement of procedures to seize the villa belonging to festival singer Hassan Shakosh, in execution of the final ruling issued by the Family Court in October, which obliges him to pay an amount of 960,000 Egyptian pounds as alimony and compensation to his ex-wife Reem Tarek.
He confirmed the receipt of the executive formula of the ruling and the initiation of the necessary legal steps to implement the seizure within the jurisdiction of the October First Police Department, noting that the procedures are being carried out in coordination with the competent prosecution, which issues an official report for execution. Following this, a force from the Execution of Judgments Department, in cooperation with the police department, will proceed to the villa to execute the seizure order according to legal procedures.
This development comes after the Family Court upheld the first-instance court's decision obliging Hassan Shakosh to pay the alimony amount, in response to a lawsuit filed by Reem Tarek, in which she requested an increase in the previously set amount, considering that the previous amount does not cover her needs. After the court reviewed the case, the final ruling was issued obliging the artist to pay an amount of 960,000 pounds.
It is worth noting that the Family Court in Sixth of October City had previously issued a ruling obliging Hassan Shakosh to pay a monthly alimony of 20,000 pounds to his ex-wife.
