قررت محكمة مصرية تجديد سجن المنتجة الفنية سارة خليفة وآخرين، في اتهامهم بترويج وتصنيع المواد المخدرة في القاهرة، 45 يوماً على ذمة التحقيقات.
وكانت جهات التحقيق المختصة أمرت بالتحفظ على أموال المتهمين وأرصدتهم البنكية، كما تستعد النيابة لاستلام نتائج تحاليل المخدرات للمتهمين لبيان مدى تعاطيهم للمواد المخدرة من عدمه، وهو ما سيحدد مصير المتهمين بالقضية.
واستمعت النيابة لأقوال المنتجة الفنية سارة خليفة، التي أنكرت جميع التهم المنسوبة إليها، ولم تعترف بالأحراز المضبوطة معها في القضية، وأكدت عدم علاقتها بالقضية ولا المتهمين المضبوطين، وأمرت النيابة العامة بإجراء تحاليل المخدرات للمتهمين، لبيان ما إذا كانوا يتعاطون المواد المخدرة من عدمه، كما أمرت النيابة بحبس المتهمين 4 أيام على ذمة التحقيقات.
كما أمرت النيابة باستدعاء الشهود وتفريغ كاميرات المراقبة في محيط سكن المتهمة لتأكيد تردد مروجي المخدرات على مسكنها، وتواصل النيابة التحقيقات قبل إصدار قرارها ضد المتهمة، كما أمرت بإرسال المضبوطات إلى المعمل الكيميائي لإعداد تقرير عنها.
وضبطت الجهات الأمنية في القاهرة نحو 200 كيلوجرام من الحشيش الصناعي، إضافة إلى كميات ضخمة من المواد الخام التي تدخل في تركيب المخدر، والأدوات المستخدمة في التصنيع، مثل الخلاطات والمعقمات وعبوات التغليف وكميات من المشغولات الذهبية، ومبالغ مالية كبيرة بالعملتين المحلية والأجنبية، إلى جانب خمس سيارات فارهة، جميعها من متحصلات النشاط الإجرامي للعصابة، وقدرت الأجهزة الأمنية القيمة المالية للمضبوطات المخدرة فقط بنحو 420 مليون جنيه مصري.
An Egyptian court has decided to renew the detention of the artistic producer Sarah Khalifa and others for 45 days pending investigations, on charges of promoting and manufacturing narcotic substances in Cairo.
The relevant investigative authorities have ordered the seizure of the defendants' assets and bank accounts. The prosecution is also preparing to receive the results of drug tests for the defendants to determine whether they have been using narcotic substances, which will affect the fate of the defendants in the case.
The prosecution has heard the statements of artistic producer Sarah Khalifa, who denied all the charges against her and did not acknowledge the items seized from her in the case. She confirmed that she has no connection to the case or the arrested defendants. The public prosecution ordered drug tests for the defendants to determine whether they are using narcotic substances, and it also ordered the detention of the defendants for four days pending investigations.
The prosecution has also ordered the summoning of witnesses and the review of surveillance camera footage around the defendant's residence to confirm the presence of drug dealers at her home. The prosecution continues its investigations before issuing a decision against the defendant and has ordered the seized items to be sent to the chemical laboratory for a report to be prepared.
Security authorities in Cairo seized approximately 200 kilograms of synthetic hashish, in addition to large quantities of raw materials used in drug production, and tools used in manufacturing, such as mixers, sterilizers, packaging materials, quantities of gold jewelry, and large sums of money in both local and foreign currencies, along with five luxury cars, all of which are proceeds from the criminal activities of the gang. The security agencies estimated the financial value of the seized narcotics alone to be around 420 million Egyptian pounds.
