تصاعدت أزمة الفنانة المصرية شيرين عبد الوهاب مع مدير صفحاتها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وذلك بعدما أصدرت جهات التحقيق المختصة بمدينة الشيخ زايد في القاهرة قراراً رسمياً باستدعاء الفنانة من جديد لسماع أقوالها في البلاغ المقدَّم ضدها من المشكو، الذي يتّهمها فيه بالسبّ والقذف.
ويأتي هذا القرار بعد إصدار النيابة العامة أمراً أوّلياً باستدعاء شيرين، لكنها لم تحضُر في الموعد المحدّد، الأمر الذي استوجب إصدار أمر استدعاء ثانٍ لإلزامها بالحضور والمثول أمام جهات التحقيق.
خلافات ومحاضر متبادلة بسبب كلمات المرور لحسابات التواصل
وبدأت أزمة شيرين عبد الوهاب في يوم 8 مايو الماضي، عندما حرّر موكلها محضراً بقسم شرطة البساتين ضد مدير صفحاتها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، تتهمه فيه بالاستيلاء على هذه الصفحات ورفضه إعطاءها كلمات المرور الخاصة بها، وطالبها بأموال إضافية.
وأفادت التحريات الأولية بأن المتهم اشترط مبالغ إضافية مقابل إعادة كلمات المرور، ما يشكل تهديداً صريحاً على الخصوصية الرقمية لشخصية عامة بحجم شيرين عبدالوهاب، ويمثل مخالفة قانونية جسيمة تستوجب الردع القانوني.
وفي تطور لافت أخيراً، تقدّم مدير صفحات شيرين عبد الوهاب ببلاغ رسمي إلى قسم شرطة الشيخ زايد، اتهم فيه شيرين بالسب والقذف.
وأوضح في بلاغه أن الخلاف نشب بينه وبين شيرين بسبب كلمات المرور الخاصة بحساباتها على مواقع التواصل، مشيراً إلى أنه تعرّض لسوء معاملة وتهديدات مباشرة منها، ما دفعه إلى التوجه للجهات الأمنية للمطالبة بحقه واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة.
ومن جانبها، حررت الأجهزة الأمنية المصرية محضرين رسميين بكل من قسم شرطة البساتين بناءً على بلاغ شيرين، وقسم شرطة الشيخ زايد بناءً على بلاغ مدير الصفحات، وتباشر أجهزة المباحث عملها بإجراء التحريات اللازمة حول الواقعتين.
The crisis of the Egyptian artist Sherine Abdel Wahab has escalated with her social media page manager, following a formal decision by the relevant investigative authorities in Sheikh Zayed City, Cairo, to summon the artist again to hear her statements regarding the complaint filed against her by the complainant, who accuses her of defamation and slander.
This decision comes after the Public Prosecution issued a preliminary order to summon Sherine, but she did not attend the scheduled appointment, which necessitated the issuance of a second summons to compel her to appear before the investigative authorities.
Disputes and mutual reports over social media account passwords
The crisis for Sherine Abdel Wahab began on May 8, when her representative filed a report at the Al-Basateen Police Station against her social media page manager, accusing him of taking control of these pages and refusing to provide her with the passwords, while demanding additional money from her.
Initial investigations indicated that the accused conditioned additional amounts in exchange for returning the passwords, which constitutes a clear threat to the digital privacy of a public figure like Sherine Abdel Wahab, and represents a serious legal violation that requires legal deterrence.
In a notable recent development, the manager of Sherine Abdel Wahab's pages filed an official complaint at the Sheikh Zayed Police Station, accusing Sherine of defamation and slander.
He clarified in his complaint that the dispute arose between him and Sherine over the passwords for her social media accounts, indicating that he faced mistreatment and direct threats from her, which prompted him to approach the security authorities to demand his rights and take the necessary legal actions.
For its part, the Egyptian security agencies filed two official reports, one at the Al-Basateen Police Station based on Sherine's complaint, and the other at the Sheikh Zayed Police Station based on the complaint from the page manager, with the investigation department conducting the necessary inquiries regarding the two incidents.
