غرمت محكمة القاهرة الاقتصادية، أمس (الاثنين) خمسة مطربين مصريين بينهم مسلم ونور التوت، مبلغاً قدره 2 مليون جنيه، بعد إدانتهم بالتعدي على حقوق الملكية الفكرية وسرقة لحن أغنية «أول حياتي ياما» للملحن حسن دنيا، واستخدامه دون إذن في مهرجان «أنا قلبي عايز».
تضمن الحكم الصادر عن المحكمة الاقتصادية تغريم المطربين مسلم، نور التوت، حمو الطيخا، فيلو، وإسلام كابونجا، بالإضافة إلى شركة إنتاج فني، وذلك في القضية التي اتهمهم فيها الملحن حسن دنيا بسرقة اللحن الأصلي لأغنيته واستخدامه في عمل فني جديد دون الرجوع إليه أو الحصول على تصريح رسمي، ما يُعد انتهاكاً صريحاً لقانون حماية الملكية الفكرية المصري.
وأوضح محامي الملحن حسن دنيا سامح قناوي، بأن المحكمة قررت إعلان التقرير الفني للمدعى عليهم، وتكليف المدعي بالإعلان، تمهيداً لاتخاذ مزيد من الإجراءات القانونية.
The Economic Court of Cairo fined five Egyptian singers yesterday (Monday) a total of 2 million pounds, including Muslim and Nour El-Tout, after they were found guilty of violating intellectual property rights and stealing the melody of the song "Awal Hayati Yama" by composer Hassan Dunya, and using it without permission in the festival "Ana Qalbi Ayez".
The ruling issued by the Economic Court included fines for the singers Muslim, Nour El-Tout, Hamou El-Tekha, Filo, and Islam Kabonga, in addition to an artistic production company, in the case where composer Hassan Dunya accused them of stealing the original melody of his song and using it in a new artistic work without consulting him or obtaining official permission, which constitutes a clear violation of Egyptian intellectual property protection law.
Hassan Dunya's lawyer, Samah Qanawy, explained that the court decided to announce the technical report for the defendants and tasked the plaintiff with the announcement, in preparation for taking further legal actions.
