أعربت الفنانة السورية القديرة منى واصف، عن استيائها من الشائعات التي ترددت خلال الساعات الماضية حول وفاتها عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي المختلفة، الأمر الذي أثار قلق جمهورها ومحبيها.
وعبر صحيفة «عكاظ»، أكدت منى واصف أنها تتمتع بحالة صحية جيدة، مشيراً إلى أنها تمر بوعكة صحية بسيطة لم تستدع دخولها إلى المستشفى كما يتداول.
وأوضحت واصف أنها تستاء من خروج تلك الشائعات حول وفاتها خصوصًا أن بعض أفراد عائلتها ومنهم نجلها يعيشون خارج سورية، وقد يتأثرون نفسيًا بمثل هذه الأخبار الكاذبة.
وعلى النطاق الفني، خاصت منى واصف السباق الرمضاني الماضي 2025 في عملين دراميين، مسلسل «تحت سابع أرض» يجمعها مع تيم حسن، كاريس بشار، أنس طيارة، تيسير إدريس، جوان خضر مجد فضة، محمد حداقي، سامر إسماعيل، العمل من تأليف عمر أبوسعدة وإخراج سامر البرقاوي، وإنتاج شركة الصباح للإنتاج الفني.
وشاركت منى واصف أيضاً بالموسم الرمضاني الماضي في مسلسل «ليالي روكسي » إلى جانب دريد لحام، أيمن زيدان، سلاف فواخرجي، جيني أسبر وغيرهم من النجوم، والمسلسل من إخراج محمد عبد العزيز، وتأليف كل من محمد عبد العزيز، شادي كيوان، معن سقباني، وبشرى عباس.
The esteemed Syrian artist Mona Wasef expressed her dissatisfaction with the rumors that circulated in the past few hours regarding her death on various social media platforms, which raised concerns among her audience and fans.
In an interview with the newspaper "Okaz," Mona Wasef confirmed that she is in good health, noting that she is experiencing a minor health issue that does not require hospitalization as rumored.
Wasef clarified that she is upset about the emergence of such rumors regarding her death, especially since some of her family members, including her son, live outside Syria and may be psychologically affected by such false news.
On the artistic front, Mona Wasef participated in the last Ramadan season of 2025 in two dramatic works: the series "Under the Seventh Ground," which features her alongside Taim Hassan, Karris Bashar, Anas Tayara, Taysir Idris, Jwan Khadr, Majd Fadda, Mohammad Haddaqi, and Samer Ismail. The work is written by Omar Abu Saada and directed by Samer Al-Barkaoui, produced by Al-Sabah Artistic Production Company.
Mona Wasef also participated in the last Ramadan season in the series "Roxy Nights" alongside Dureid Lahham, Ayman Zidan, Sulaf Fawakherji, Jenny Asber, and other stars. The series is directed by Mohammad Abdel Aziz and written by Mohammad Abdel Aziz, Shadi Kawan, Ma'an Saqbaani, and Bushra Abbas.
