في حكم رادع، أصدرت محكمة جنايات القاهرة في مصر حكماً بمعاقبة طليقة المنتج الراحل حسام شوقي و4 آخرين بالسجن المشدد 5 سنوات، ومعاقبة اثنين بالحبس لمدة عام مع الشغل، فيما برأت 3 متهمين آخرين في قضية تزوير بطاقة رقم قومي، وعقد زواج، بهدف الاستيلاء على نصيب من ميراث المنتج الراحل.
وكشفت تحقيقات النيابة العامة المصرية أن المتهمين، وهم عماد عبد اللطيف (محامٍ)، عبد الله شحاتة (سكرتير مأذون)، رانيا فوزي (طليقة المنتج الراحل)، وآخرين، اشتركوا في تزوير بطاقة رقم قومي باسم حسام شوقي بمساعدة موظف عام حسن النية، وهو المأذون حسين محمد حسين.
وقام المتهمون بإعداد وثيقة مزورة لزواج المنتج الراحل ورانيا فوزي مستخدمين البطاقة المزورة لإثبات هويته.
وأظهرت التحقيقات أن المتهم الأول عماد عبد اللطيف أصدر البطاقة المزورة بمساعدة باقي المتهمين الذين زودوه بالبيانات اللازمة، بينما قام عبد الله شحاتة بالحصول على دفتر الزواج من المأذون وتزوير وثيقة الزواج في منزل المتهمة فاطمة سلاطن.
ووقّع إيهاب ممدوح على العقد مدعياً أنه حسام شوقي، مع توقيع رانيا فوزي، وشهادة اثنين آخرين على العقد رغم علمهما بتزويره.
تم كشف الواقعة بعد ورود معلومات للرائد هشام وجيه، رئيس فرع البحث الجنائي بالإدارة العامة للأحوال المدنية، عن وجود وثيقة زواج مزورة بتاريخ 19 أغسطس 2024.
وبعد تحريات سرية، تم ضبط المتهمين والأدوات المستخدمة في التزوير. وأثناء مراجعة الوثيقة بمصلحة الأحوال المدنية، اكتُشف أن حسام شوقي متوفى، ما أجهض محاولة المتهمين الاستيلاء على الميراث.
وأقرت رانيا فوزي طليقة المنتج الراحل أمام النيابة بأنها انفصلت عن حسام شوقي عام 2021، لكنها رغبت في الحصول على نصيب من ميراثه بعد وفاته، فاتفقت مع المتهمين على تزوير وثيقة زواج.
وأكدت أن ابنها تخلص من البطاقة المزورة بعد ضبطهم. وأشارت التحقيقات إلى أن المتهمين استخدموا أساليب احتيالية لخداع الجهات الرسمية، لكن ضبط الوثيقة حال دون نجاح مخططهم.
In a deterrent ruling, the Cairo Criminal Court in Egypt sentenced the ex-wife of the late producer Hossam Shawky and four others to five years in prison, while two others were sentenced to one year in prison with hard labor. Three other defendants were acquitted in a case of forging a national ID card and a marriage contract, with the aim of seizing a share of the late producer's inheritance.
The investigations by the Egyptian Public Prosecution revealed that the defendants, including Emad Abdel Latif (a lawyer), Abdullah Shahata (a marriage registrar's secretary), Rania Fawzy (the ex-wife of the late producer), and others, participated in forging a national ID card in the name of Hossam Shawky with the help of a well-meaning public employee, the registrar Hussein Mohamed Hussein.
The defendants prepared a forged document for the marriage of the late producer and Rania Fawzy, using the forged ID card to prove his identity.
The investigations showed that the first defendant, Emad Abdel Latif, issued the forged ID card with the help of the other defendants who provided him with the necessary information, while Abdullah Shahata obtained the marriage booklet from the registrar and forged the marriage document at the home of the defendant Fatima Salatin.
Ehabb Mamdouh signed the contract claiming to be Hossam Shawky, along with Rania Fawzy's signature, and the testimony of two others on the contract despite their knowledge of its forgery.
The incident was uncovered after information was received by Major Hisham Wajih, head of the Criminal Investigation Branch at the General Civil Status Authority, about the existence of a forged marriage document dated August 19, 2024.
After secret investigations, the defendants and the tools used in the forgery were apprehended. During the review of the document at the Civil Status Authority, it was discovered that Hossam Shawky was deceased, thwarting the defendants' attempt to seize the inheritance.
Rania Fawzy, the ex-wife of the late producer, admitted before the prosecution that she had separated from Hossam Shawky in 2021, but she wished to obtain a share of his inheritance after his death, so she conspired with the defendants to forge a marriage document.
She confirmed that her son disposed of the forged ID card after their arrest. The investigations indicated that the defendants used fraudulent methods to deceive the official authorities, but the apprehension of the document prevented their scheme from succeeding.
