أطلقت هيئة الموسيقى المرحلة الثالثة من برنامج «طروق السعودية»، الذي يهدف إلى صون الموروث الموسيقي والأدائي من خلال حصر وتوثيق علمي متكامل يتضمن خمسة فنون موسيقية في المنطقتين الشرقية والغربية، تتضمن فن الصوت، وفن الصهبة، وفن الدانات، وفن الينبعاوي، وفن المجس. ويأتي ذلك التوثيق لضمان استمرارية التراث الموسيقي السعودي وتناقله بين الأجيال، مما يعزز الهوية الثقافية السعودية عن طريق إظهار التنوع الموسيقي الغني، وإبراز دوره في تشكيل الموروث الثقافي السعودي.
وتتضمن هذه المرحلة إجراء بحوث مكتبية، وحصراً ميدانياً لتوثيق الفنون الموسيقية المختارة، وتعتمد في أساسها على منهجية «دليل توثيق التراث الثقافي وأرشفته الرقمية» الصادر عن وزارة الثقافة، والالتزام بمعايير منظمة اليونسكو لدراسة الخصائص الموسيقية والثقافية والاجتماعية لتلك الفنون، وحفظها وفق أعلى معايير التوثيق.
وتعكف الهيئة من خلال البرنامج على تسجيل وتصوير الفنون الموثّقة، وإنتاج مواد مرئية، وسمعية، ومكتوبة؛ لتوفير مصدر متكامل وموثوق للباحثين والدارسين في مجال العلوم الموسيقية، والإسهام في إثراء المحتوى البحثي والدراسات الثقافية، وتشمل هذه المواد التدوين الموسيقي، والتدوين الحركي، والأفلام الوثائقية، والفيديوهات الأدائية لكل فن.
وبالتعاون مع هيئة المسرح والفنون الأدائية، وهيئة التراث، ومركز ذاكرة الثقافة، أنجزت الهيئة عدة مراحل من برنامج «طروق»، شملت توثيقاً لفن المجارير، وجولات حصر وتوثيق شامل للفنون الموسيقية والأدائية في منطقتي عسير والباحة، وأنتجت خلال تلك المراحل ما يزيد على 10 آلاف مادة توثيقية، ووفرت بعضها للجمهور عبر نشر 59 فيلماً وثائقياً على منصة شاهد.
ويهدف برنامج «طروق السعودية» في مختلف مراحله إلى الحفاظ على التراث الموسيقي السعودي وتوثيقه بمختلف ألوانه وخصائصه من ألحان وإيقاعات، وإبراز الفنون الموسيقية المتنوعة في مختلف مناطق المملكة العربية السعودية، وتسليط الضوء على دور الفنون الموسيقية في تشكيل الموروث الثقافي السعودي، والتوثيق بناءً على منهجية دليل توثيق التراث الثقافي وأرشفته بما يتماشى مع معايير اليونسكو، وإثراء المحتوى البحثي والدراسات الموسيقية بمصادر علمية مرئية مسموعة.
The Music Authority has launched the third phase of the "Saudi Tarouq" program, which aims to preserve the musical and performance heritage through a comprehensive scientific inventory and documentation that includes five musical arts in the eastern and western regions. These include the art of voice, the art of sahba, the art of danat, the art of Yanbuawi, and the art of majis. This documentation comes to ensure the continuity of Saudi musical heritage and its transmission between generations, thereby enhancing the Saudi cultural identity by showcasing the rich musical diversity and highlighting its role in shaping the Saudi cultural heritage.
This phase includes conducting library research and field inventory to document the selected musical arts, relying fundamentally on the methodology of the "Cultural Heritage Documentation and Digital Archiving Guide" issued by the Ministry of Culture, and adhering to the standards of UNESCO for studying the musical, cultural, and social characteristics of these arts, and preserving them according to the highest documentation standards.
Through the program, the authority is working on recording and filming the documented arts, and producing visual, auditory, and written materials; to provide a comprehensive and reliable source for researchers and students in the field of musical sciences, and to contribute to enriching research content and cultural studies. These materials include musical notation, movement notation, documentaries, and performance videos for each art.
In collaboration with the Theater and Performing Arts Authority, the Heritage Authority, and the Cultural Memory Center, the authority has completed several phases of the "Tarouq" program, which included documentation of the art of majareer, and comprehensive inventory and documentation tours of musical and performance arts in the Asir and Al-Baha regions. During those phases, it produced more than 10,000 documentation materials, some of which were made available to the public by releasing 59 documentary films on the Shahid platform.
The "Saudi Tarouq" program, in its various phases, aims to preserve and document Saudi musical heritage in all its colors and characteristics of melodies and rhythms, highlighting the diverse musical arts in different regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, shedding light on the role of musical arts in shaping the Saudi cultural heritage, and documenting based on the methodology of the Cultural Heritage Documentation and Archiving Guide in accordance with UNESCO standards, and enriching research content and musical studies with audiovisual scientific sources.
