يحقق قسم شرطة الشيخ زايد في البلاغ، الذي تقدم به مساعد مهندس زراعي اتهم من خلاله مي وسارة، ابنتي الفنان المصري الراحل نور الشريف، بالاستيلاء على مبلغ مليون جنيه مقدم شراء قطعة أرض دون إتمام البيع أو إعادة المبلغ.
وحسب ما ورد في البلاغ، فقد تم الاتفاق بين الطرفين على شراء قطعة أرض مملوكة للشقيقتين في منطقة نزلة البطران بالهرم مقابل 31 مليونًا و500 ألف جنيه.
وأكد مقدم البلاغ سداد مبلغ مليون جنيه عربونًا لحجز الأرض، على أن يتم دفع باقي المبلغ عند الانتهاء من الإجراءات الرسمية.
لكن وفقًا لأقواله، فوجئ بتراجع مي وسارة عن إتمام الصفقة دون إبداء أسباب واضحة، ورفضهما إعادة المقدم، ما اعتبره إخلالًا بالعقد وتصرفًا غير قانوني، دفعه للجوء إلى الشرطة.
وعقب تلقي البلاغ، بدأت الجهات الأمنية تحقيقاتها لكشف ملابسات الواقعة.
The Sheikh Zayed Police Department is investigating a report filed by an assistant agricultural engineer who accused Mai and Sara, the daughters of the late Egyptian artist Nour El Sherif, of seizing an amount of one million Egyptian pounds as a down payment for purchasing a piece of land without completing the sale or returning the amount.
According to the report, an agreement was made between the two parties to purchase a piece of land owned by the sisters in the Nazlet El Batran area in Al-Haram for 31 million and 500 thousand Egyptian pounds.
The complainant confirmed that he paid an amount of one million pounds as a deposit to reserve the land, with the remaining amount to be paid upon completion of the official procedures.
However, according to his statements, he was surprised when Mai and Sara backed out of the deal without providing clear reasons and refused to return the deposit, which he considered a breach of contract and an illegal act, prompting him to resort to the police.
Following the receipt of the report, security authorities began their investigations to uncover the circumstances of the incident.
