The National Water Company confirmed that it is working diligently to serve its customers and take their feedback into account; this is part of its efforts to improve and elevate the level of service provided to them. In response to what was published in "Okaz" on 11/05/2025, titled (Residents of "Al-Murwah" Await Promises from "The Municipality" and "Water" ... Residents to "Okaz": The Tankers Have "Sucked" Our Pockets!), it stated that field teams have begun work at the site and found that the overflows and leaks were due to delays in the removal of wastewater from the analytical tanks (cesspools) of a number of homes not connected to the sewage service, which led to the occurrence of the overflows.

It clarified that the Al-Murwah neighborhood in Jeddah is fully served by the sewage network, urging property owners to connect to the service by requesting sewage service through the company's digital channels to benefit from it and help alleviate the burden on the residents of the neighborhood.
