أتوقف دائماً عند مشاريع التطوير العقاري في مكة المكرمة والمشاعر المقدسة، نظراً لأنها تعكس اهتمام الدولة ونظرتها المستقبلية لما تمثله مكة المكرمة من أهمية بالغة في رؤية السعودية 2030، لسكانها ولزوارها من ضيوف الرحمن !

نتحدث هنا عن 686 ألف متر مربع، و205 قطع استثمارية قابلة للتطوير، في موقع حيوي لا يبعد سوى 800 متر عن الحرم المكي، أي أننا أمام مساحة ستشهد تغيراً عمرانياً كبيراً، ينعكس أثره حتماً على الإنسان الذي يسكن المكان أو يمر به !
وعندما كنت أتجول في الأحياء القديمة القريبة من الحرم، كنت ألاحظ كيف تضيق الشوارع وتنعطف بشكل غير منظم، مما يزيد من صعوبة حركة المركبات، خاصة مركبات الطوارئ كالإسعاف والإطفاء، كما كانت هذه الأحياء تفتقر إلى متنفس من الفضاءات والمساحات الخضراء، التي تجعل حياة سكان الحي أكثر راحة، مع غياب المرافق الأساسية كالمساجد والمرافق الخدمية !
لذلك، يحمل مثل هذا المشروع التغيير المطلوب، بإيجاد مواقع للمرافق الحيوية والمساجد والحدائق وممرات المشي وساحات ممارسة الألعاب والرياضة، مما يمنح التطوير العمراني مفهوماً يتجاوز كونه مجرد كتلة عقارية جديدة تضاف إلى خريطة مكة المكرمة !
واللافت أيضاً، أن «مثابة» يقوم على شراكة واضحة الأدوار تعزز تحقيق مستهدفات الرؤية تجاه مكة المكرمة؛ فالهيئة الملكية تشرف، و«ذاخر» تتولى التطوير، و«البلاد المالية» تسهم عبر صندوق رؤية مكة المكرمة في بناء النموذج الاستثماري واستقطاب التمويل، مما يعزز فرص نجاح المشروع !
باختصار.. «مثابة» ليس رقماً أو رسماً على خريطة مكة، بل فرصة لتحويل موقع حيوي إلى حي أكثر تنظيماً، وقدرة على الارتقاء بالإنسان والمكان إلى مستوى حياة أفضل !
I always pause at real estate development projects in Mecca and the holy sites, as they reflect the state's interest and future vision regarding the significant importance of Mecca in Saudi Vision 2030, for its residents and visitors from the guests of الرحمن!
Among these announced projects is the "Mithaba" project, which is being executed by "Dhakher for Development" in partnership with "Al-Bilad Financial", under the supervision of the Royal Commission for the City of Mecca and the Holy Sites. It is considered the first approved plan within the programs for developing unorganized neighborhoods in Mecca, where actual work on the ground will begin!
We are talking here about 686,000 square meters and 205 investable plots, in a vital location just 800 meters from the Grand Mosque, meaning we are facing an area that will witness significant urban change, which will undoubtedly impact the people who live in or pass through the area!
When I was wandering through the old neighborhoods near the Grand Mosque, I noticed how the streets narrow and curve in an unorganized manner, making it more difficult for vehicles to move, especially emergency vehicles like ambulances and fire trucks. These neighborhoods also lacked open spaces and green areas that would make life for the residents more comfortable, along with the absence of essential facilities like mosques and service amenities!
