لم يفاجئني تحقيق وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية «المستوى الذهبي» في جائزة الملك عبدالعزيز للجودة ضمن فئة القطاع الحكومي لعام 2024، فالوزارة تُعد من أكثر المؤسسات الحكومية التي شهدت، مع انطلاق الرؤية، تحولًا ملحوظًا في تطبيق أعلى معايير العمل المؤسسي، وتبنّي الممارسات التي ساهمت في ترسيخ مفاهيم التميز المؤسسي، وتعزيز ثقافة الجودة والابتكار، وتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدَّمة للمستفيدين !
وقد أشار الوزير المهندس أحمد الراجحي، خلال حفل تسليم الجائزة الذي أُقيم برعاية خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، إلى أن الوزارة «تطبق منهج حوكمة فعّالًا، وتتبنى تحولًا رقميًا أسهم في تطوير جودة الخدمات وتحسين تقديمها للمستفيدين وفق أفضل الممارسات العالمية»، وهذه حقيقة؛ فالنجاح لا يأتي من فراغ، بل هو نتاج جهود مبذولة وعمل دؤوب للتطوير، ناهيك عن أثر بيئة العمل ومدى تحفيزها للكفاءات لتحقيق أعلى معدلات الإنتاجية والعطاء !
وجود هذه الجائزة الرفيعة بحد ذاته يُعد محفزًا للمنافسة الإيجابية بين المنشآت، لمواكبة تطلعات القيادة والمجتمع في تحقيق مضامين ومستهدفات الرؤية الطموحة، من خلال أطر عمل ومعايير وطنية شاملة تُسهم في تبني مفاهيم التميز والاستدامة، وترسيخ ثقافة الجودة في بيئة العمل المؤسسية !
تحقيق المنشآت والمؤسسات الحكومية النجاح في تطوير أدوات أعمالها وتحسين جودة خدماتها، هو في الحقيقة نجاح يقطف ثماره المجتمع، إذ تنعكس جودة أعمال هذه المنشآت على جودة حياة الأفراد وتحقيق مصالحهم !
باختصار.. هذا النجاح تهديه الوزارة للوطن، فهو يسهم في تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 في بناء مجتمع حيوي واقتصاد مزدهر !

The achievement of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in obtaining the "Golden Level" in the King Abdulaziz Quality Award within the government sector for 2024 did not surprise me. The ministry is one of the most government institutions that has witnessed, since the launch of the vision, a noticeable transformation in applying the highest standards of institutional work, adopting practices that have contributed to establishing the concepts of institutional excellence, enhancing the culture of quality and innovation, and improving the quality of services provided to beneficiaries!
The Minister, Engineer Ahmed Al-Rajhi, indicated during the award ceremony held under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, that the ministry "applies an effective governance approach and adopts a digital transformation that has contributed to developing the quality of services and improving their delivery to beneficiaries according to the best global practices." This is a fact; success does not come from a vacuum, but is the result of dedicated efforts and continuous work for development, not to mention the impact of the work environment and how much it motivates talents to achieve the highest levels of productivity and contribution!
The existence of this prestigious award itself is considered a motivator for positive competition among institutions, to keep pace with the aspirations of leadership and society in achieving the contents and targets of the ambitious vision, through comprehensive national frameworks and standards that contribute to adopting the concepts of excellence and sustainability, and establishing a culture of quality in the institutional work environment!
The success of institutions and government entities in developing their business tools and improving the quality of their services is, in fact, a success that the community reaps the benefits of, as the quality of these institutions' work reflects on the quality of individuals' lives and the realization of their interests!
