Is it permissible for delivery apps and restaurants to charge consumers a commission fee while also imposing delivery fees?! This is a question I pose in light of the disparity between product prices in the apps and their prices in the restaurants themselves, a disparity that in some restaurants reaches a price increase of 25% in the apps compared to the restaurants!
I once raised the issue with a person in one of the delivery apps, and he blamed the restaurants, but some restaurant owners and managers rejected this accusation, stating that the apps impose high commissions on them!
The question that arises before the Ministry of Commerce and consumer protection agencies is: Is it permissible to combine commissions and delivery fees while allowing price discrepancies?! Or is the consumer's wall always the shortest?!

The worst thing is when an organization hires foreign managers at high salaries while laying off a large number of its local employees to avoid the rising costs of foreign managers!
What’s striking is when a manager's salary equals the total salaries of 10 employees, not to mention the differences in benefits and bonuses, and then the excuse for the layoffs is cost-cutting!
What’s even more frustrating is when this foreign manager is less competent, and their only advantage is the Latin letters of their name and their blue eyes!

The best description of the difference between the rich and the poor is the difference in how the sales departments in some car and electrical appliance agencies treat their customers compared to their maintenance departments!
Even the facial expressions and tones of voice differ!

Most customer service accounts on social media platforms do not actually provide any solutions to customer problems; you either find yourself in a deaf conversation with an artificial intelligence that is closer to stupidity, or with an employee behind a keyboard who directs you to a link on the organization's website!
What exactly is your benefit?!

In short.. It is said in proverbs, ask about the uncle before the parents, and ask about the mother before the daughter, and my advice to consumers is to ask about after-sales services before making a purchase!
