انطلقت شرارة الجريمة الدامية داخل مسكن الضحية، إثر خلافات أسرية محتدمة بين المتهم (م.ر.ش.ق) وزوجته. وحين حضر الأب (م.أ.م.ح - 65 عاماً) في محاولة لتهدئة الأجواء واحتواء الخلاف، تطور النقاش إلى مشادة عنيفة فقد خلالها الجاني السيطرة على أعصابه، ليستل سكيناً حاداً وينقض بوحشية على حماه، مسدداً له طعنات متفرقة استهدفت الرأس والوجه والصدر، تلتها طعنة عميقة امتدت لمنطقة الرقبة وجرح قطعي بالكتف، ليلفظ الأب أنفاسه الأخيرة غارقاً في دمائه على أرضية غرفة النوم.
ولم يتوقف إجرام المتهم عند هذا الحد، بل امتد ليعتدي بسلاح الأبيض ذاته على زوجته (آ.م)، محدثاً إصابات بالغة نتيجة طعنات في يدها قبل أن يفر هارباً، وسط حالة من الذعر الشديد انتابت جيران الضحية.
لكن التحرك الأمني لم يتأخر، إذ تلقت مديرية أمن الإسكندرية إخطاراً بالحادثة من مأمور قسم شرطة مينا البصل، ليهرع ضباط القسم وسيارات الإسعاف إلى موقع البلاغ فوراً. وبمعاينة مسرح الجريمة، عاينت النيابة العامة جثة الضحية وقررت نقلها للطب الشرعي للتصريح بالدفن عقب الانتهاء من الإجراءات، مع طلب الاستعلام الفوري عن الحالة الصحية للزوجة المصابة لاستجوابها، وتكثيف التحريات لضبط الجاني وتقديمه للعدالة.

When the father (M.A.M.H - 65 years old) arrived in an attempt to calm the atmosphere and contain the disagreement, the discussion escalated into a violent altercation during which the perpetrator lost control of his nerves, grabbed a sharp knife, and brutally attacked his father-in-law, delivering scattered stabs targeting the head, face, and chest, followed by a deep stab that extended to the neck area and a laceration on the shoulder, causing the father to take his last breaths, drowning in his blood on the bedroom floor.
The perpetrator's criminal actions did not stop there; he also attacked his wife (A.M) with the same weapon, inflicting severe injuries from stabs to her hand before fleeing the scene, amidst a state of extreme panic that gripped the victim's neighbors.
However, the security response was swift, as the Alexandria Security Directorate received a notification of the incident from the officer in charge of the Mina al-Basal police station, prompting the station's officers and ambulances to rush to the scene immediately. Upon examining the crime scene, the public prosecution inspected the victim's body and decided to transfer it to forensic medicine for burial authorization after completing the procedures, while requesting immediate inquiries about the health status of the injured wife for questioning, and intensifying investigations to apprehend the perpetrator and bring him to justice.
