تمكّن فريق طبي في مستشفى سامراء العام بالعراق من إنقاذ حياة شاب يبلغ من العمر 38 عاماً، بعد إجراء عملية جراحية دقيقة ومعقّدة لاستخراج 214 دبوساً وإبرة معدنية من داخل بطنه.
وأجرى العملية فريق طبي مكوّن من تسعة أفراد، في تدخل وصفه المستشفى بالاستثنائي، نظراً إلى طبيعة الحالة وما تطلبته من مهارات تخصصية للتعامل مع هذا العدد الكبير من الأجسام المعدنية داخل جسم المريض.
وفي بيان رسمي، أوضحت إدارة مستشفى سامراء العام أن الفريق الطبي نجح في استخراج 214 إبرة ودبوساً من بطن المريض، مؤكدة أن العملية تعكس الجهود المبذولة للتعامل مع الحالات الجراحية المعقّدة.
ونشرت إدارة المستشفى صوراً توثّق مراحل العملية، إلى جانب صور شعاعية أظهرت تجمع الدبابيس داخل بطن الشاب، كما عرضت صوراً للأجسام المعدنية التي جرى استخراجها، وقد بدت مختلفة الأحجام والألوان.
ولم يكشف المستشفى عن كيفية وصول هذه الكمية الكبيرة من الدبابيس إلى بطن المريض، ما أثار تساؤلات بشأن ملابسات الحالة والظروف التي أدت إلى حدوثها.
وأثارت الواقعة تفاعلاً واسعاً على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، حيث أشاد مدوّنون بجهود الفريق الطبي ونجاحه في التعامل مع الحالة، فيما عبّر آخرون عن دهشتهم من العدد الكبير للأجسام المعدنية التي عُثر عليها داخل بطن الشاب، مطالبين بتوضيح كيفية دخولها إلى جسمه.

In an official statement, the administration of Samarra General Hospital clarified that the medical team successfully extracted 214 needles and pins from the patient's abdomen, emphasizing that the operation reflects the efforts made to deal with complex surgical cases.
The hospital administration published photos documenting the stages of the operation, along with X-ray images showing the accumulation of pins inside the young man's abdomen. They also displayed images of the metallic objects that were extracted, which appeared in various sizes and colors.
The hospital did not disclose how such a large quantity of pins ended up in the patient's abdomen, raising questions about the circumstances surrounding the case and the conditions that led to it.
