حين يصبح البذخ المبالغ فيه وأضواء الاحتفالات الفاخرة نافذة تفضح المخابئ السرية، تنقلب قاعات الأفراح إلى منصات تسليم للعدالة. هذا ما يجسده تماماً الملف القضائي الذي أسدلت غرفة الجنايات بمحكمة الاستئناف المغربية بالناظور الستار عليه، بإصدار حكم صارم يقضي بالسجن النافذ لمدة 30 سنة بحق المتهم الملقب بـ«موسى أزغنغان».
لم يكن ذلك الحفل الذي أُقيم في إحدى القاعات الفاخرة بجماعة سلوان مجرد مناسبة اجتماعية عادية، بل وُصف بـ«الأسطوري» لما شهده من مظاهر استعراضية أثارت ضجة واسعة على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي في المغرب. غير أن هذا الظهور العلني الصاخب حول صاحبه إلى محط أنظار الرأي العام والأجهزة الأمنية، ليتحول البذخ المفاجئ إلى خيط رفيع كشف طبيعة الأنشطة المشبوهة التي كان يديرها بعيداً عن الأعين.
واجه المدان تهماً بالغة الخطورة أمام هيئة المحكمة، شملت ترويج المخدرات الصلبة، وتكوين عصابة إجرامية، والتورط في جرائم قتل عمد، إلى جانب ملفات مرتبطة بتجارة غير مشروعة للسيارات.
وقد جاء السقوط المدوي بعد عملية أمنية دقيقة قادتها عناصر فرقة مكافحة العصابات بالرباط بتنسيق وثيق مع مصالح المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني في المغرب، حيث تم تحديد مكانه بدقة في مدينة سلا والإيقاع به، لتنتهي بذلك مسيرة «العرس الأسطوري» عند أبواب زنازين السجن المغلقة لثلاثة عقود كاملة.

However, this loud public appearance turned its owner into the focus of public opinion and security agencies, transforming the sudden extravagance into a thin thread that revealed the nature of the suspicious activities he was managing away from prying eyes.
The convicted individual faced extremely serious charges before the court, including the trafficking of hard drugs, forming a criminal gang, involvement in intentional murder, along with files related to the illegal trade of cars.
The dramatic downfall came after a precise security operation led by elements of the Anti-Gang Unit in Rabat, in close coordination with the General Directorate for National Territorial Surveillance in Morocco, where his location was accurately pinpointed in the city of Salé and he was apprehended, thus ending the journey of the "legendary wedding" at the doors of closed prison cells for a full three decades.
