أغلقت وزارة الصحة والسكان المصرية إحدى المنشآت الطبية غير المرخصة في منطقة عين شمس بالقاهرة، بعد ضبط شخص انتحل صفة طبيب نفسي داخل عيادة تجميل تعمل خارج الإطار القانوني.
وجاءت الخطوة عقب مرور لجنة العلاج الحر التابعة لمديرية الشؤون الصحية، التي كشفت أن المنشأة تُدار دون تراخيص وتفتقر إلى اشتراطات التخلّص الآمن من النفايات الطبية، في مخالفة صريحة للقوانين المنظمة للمنشآت الصحية الخاصة.
وخلال التفتيش، رصدت اللجنة قيام أحد الأشخاص باستقبال المترددين وإجراء كشف نفسي لهم، قبل أن يتبين بالتنسيق مع مباحث الأموال العامة أنه لا يحمل أي ترخيص لمزاولة المهنة، وأنه استخدم شهادات دراسية مزوّرة لإيهام المرضى بامتلاكه مؤهلات طبية. وتم تحرير محضر رسمي بالمخالفات وإحالة الواقعة للجهات المختصة لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية.
وأكدت وزارة الصحة استمرار حملاتها الرقابية المكثفة على المنشآت الطبية الخاصة في مختلف المحافظات، لضمان التزامها بالتراخيص والضوابط المهنية التي تكفل سلامة المواطنين. كما دعت الجمهور إلى التحقق من تراخيص مقدمي الخدمات الصحية قبل تلقي أي علاج، والإبلاغ عن أي كيانات غير مرخصة عبر القنوات الرسمية.
The Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population has closed an unlicensed medical facility in the Ain Shams area of Cairo, after apprehending an individual impersonating a psychiatrist inside a cosmetic clinic operating outside the legal framework.
This action came after a committee from the Free Treatment Department of the Health Affairs Directorate discovered that the facility was operating without licenses and lacked the necessary conditions for the safe disposal of medical waste, in clear violation of the laws governing private health facilities.
During the inspection, the committee observed an individual receiving patients and conducting psychological assessments for them, before it was revealed, in coordination with the General Money Laundering Investigations, that he did not hold any license to practice the profession and had used forged academic certificates to mislead patients into believing he possessed medical qualifications. An official report of the violations was filed, and the incident was referred to the relevant authorities for legal action.
The Ministry of Health confirmed the continuation of its intensive monitoring campaigns on private medical facilities across various governorates, to ensure their compliance with licenses and professional regulations that guarantee the safety of citizens. It also urged the public to verify the licenses of healthcare providers before receiving any treatment and to report any unlicensed entities through official channels.
