أعلن السجل العقاري اليوم بدء استقبال طلبات التسجيل العيني الأول لـ59027 قطعة عقارية في مناطق الرياض والقصيم والشرقية وحائل.
منطقة القصيم
يشمل التسجيل الأحياء التالية بمنطقة القصيم في محافظة العمار: (جزءاً من حي النهضة، وجزءاً من حي الريان، وجزءاً من حي الأفق، وعدداً من المناطق العقارية الأخرى)، وفي محافظة الفويلق: (حي الرحاب، وحي الإمارة، وحي العزيزية، وحي الروابي، وحي النهضة، وحي الرابية، وحي السلام، وعدداً من المناطق العقارية الأخرى)، ويبدأ التسجيل في عدد من المناطق العقارية في المحافظات التالية: (القصيباء، والقوارة، وشري، والبكيرية).
منطقة الرياض
وفي منطقة الرياض يشمل التسجيل الأحياء التالية في محافظة الحريق: (جزءاً من حي المثناة)، وفي محافظة الحلوة: (جزءاً من حي الخزامى)، إلى جانب عدد من المناطق العقارية في المحافظات التالية: (السر، وثادق، ورماح، وساجر، والجمش، وضرماء).
المنطقة الشرقية
وفي المنطقة الشرقية يشمل التسجيل الأحياء التالية في محافظة مليجة: (حي الخالدية، وحي الفلاح، وحي الصناعية، وحي النخيل، وحي الشفاء، وحي المستشفى، وحي نايف، وحي الازدهار، وعدداً من المناطق العقارية الأخرى)، وفي القليب: (حي النسيم، وعدداً من المناطق العقارية الأخرى), وفي القيصومة: (أحواش الأغنام، وعدداً من المناطق العقارية الأخرى), وفي حفر الباطن: (هجرة السليمانية، والصفيرى، وعدداً من المناطق العقارية الأخرى), وفي الذبيبة: (حي الياسمين، وحي الورود، وحي الفلاح، وحي النخيل، وجزءاً من حي الندى، وعدداً من المناطق العقارية الأخرى), ويبدأ التسجيل في عدد من المناطق العقارية في المحافظات التالية: (الدمام، والظهران، وبقيق، والخفجي).
منطقة حائل
ويبدأ تسجيل الأحياء التالية بمنطقة حائل في بقعاء: (جزء من حي النخيل، وجزء من حي الأندلس، وعدد من المناطق العقارية الأخرى)، إلى جانب عدد من المناطق العقارية في المحافظات التالية: (فيد، والأجفر).
ويجب على ملاك العقارات الواقعة في نطاق الأحياء تسجيل عقاراتهم قبل نهاية (الخميس) 31 ديسمبر 2026م، ويمكن التحقق من موقع العقار إذا كان ضمن المناطق المعلنة من خلال منصة السجل العقاري.
معايير محددة
اختيرت الأحياء وفق معايير محددة، وسيعلن تباعاً عن بقية المناطق والمحافظات والأحياء التي ستخضع لأعمال التسجيل العيني للعقار في مختلف مناطق المملكة خلال الفترات القادمة.
ودعا السجل العقاري ملاك العقارات إلى تسجيل عقاراتهم من خلال منصة السجل العقاري (rer.sa)، أو تطبيق السجل العقاري، والتواصل مع مركز خدمة العملاء 199002 للاستفسار عن إجراءات وخطوات التسجيل. ويجب على ملاك العقارات تسجيل عقاراتهم خلال الفترة المحددة للاستفادة من خدمات السجل العقاري وتنفيذ التصرفات العقارية بيسر وسهولة، وتفادي العقوبات والغرامات التي حددها نظام التسجيل العيني للعقار.
The Real Estate Registry announced today the start of receiving applications for the first land registration of 59,027 real estate plots in the regions of Riyadh, Qassim, Eastern Province, and Hail.
Qassim Region
The registration includes the following neighborhoods in the Qassim region in the Al-Ammar governorate: (part of Al-Nahda neighborhood, part of Al-Rayan neighborhood, part of Al-Ufuq neighborhood, and several other real estate areas), and in the Al-Fuwaiq governorate: (Al-Rihab neighborhood, Al-Imara neighborhood, Al-Aziziyah neighborhood, Al-Rawabi neighborhood, Al-Nahda neighborhood, Al-Rabi' neighborhood, Al-Salam neighborhood, and several other real estate areas). Registration will also begin in several real estate areas in the following governorates: (Al-Qusaiba, Al-Qawarah, Shari, and Al-Bukayriyah).
Riyadh Region
In the Riyadh region, the registration includes the following neighborhoods in the Al-Hariq governorate: (part of Al-Muthna neighborhood), and in the Al-Hulwa governorate: (part of Al-Khuzama neighborhood), along with several real estate areas in the following governorates: (Al-Sar, Thadiq, Rumah, Sajr, Al-Jamsh, and Dhurma).
Eastern Province
In the Eastern Province, the registration includes the following neighborhoods in the Al-Mulayyah governorate: (Al-Khalidiyah neighborhood, Al-Falah neighborhood, Al-San'ah neighborhood, Al-Nakheel neighborhood, Al-Shifa neighborhood, Al-Mustashfa neighborhood, Al-Naif neighborhood, Al-Izdihar neighborhood, and several other real estate areas), in Al-Qalib: (Al-Naseem neighborhood, and several other real estate areas), in Al-Qaisumah: (sheep pens, and several other real estate areas), in Hafr Al-Batin: (Al-Sulaymaniyah, Al-Sufairi, and several other real estate areas), and in Al-Dhabiyah: (Al-Yasmeen neighborhood, Al-Wurood neighborhood, Al-Falah neighborhood, Al-Nakheel neighborhood, part of Al-Nada neighborhood, and several other real estate areas). Registration will also begin in several real estate areas in the following governorates: (Dammam, Dhahran, Al-Biqaiq, and Al-Khafji).
Hail Region
Registration will begin for the following neighborhoods in the Hail region in Buqayq: (part of Al-Nakheel neighborhood, part of Al-Andalus neighborhood, and several other real estate areas), along with several real estate areas in the following governorates: (Fayd, Al-Ajfar).
Property owners located within the neighborhoods must register their properties before the end of (Thursday) December 31, 2026. They can verify if their property is within the announced areas through the Real Estate Registry platform.
Specific Criteria
The neighborhoods were selected based on specific criteria, and the remaining areas, governorates, and neighborhoods that will be subject to land registration activities in various regions of the Kingdom will be announced successively in the coming periods.
The Real Estate Registry urged property owners to register their properties through the Real Estate Registry platform (rer.sa), or the Real Estate Registry application, and to contact the customer service center at 199002 for inquiries about the registration procedures and steps. Property owners must register their properties within the specified period to benefit from the services of the Real Estate Registry and to carry out real estate transactions easily and smoothly, and to avoid the penalties and fines set by the land registration system.
