تحول مركز شباب بمركز قطور في محافظة الغربية المصرية من ساحة جرى اختيارها لتنفيذ أحكام رؤية الأطفال إلى موقع لمأساة إنسانية، عقب اعتداء جماعي تعرضت له طبيبة شابة تبلغ من العمر 28 عاماً على يد أسرة طليقها أمام طفليها الصغار.
وفي تفاصيل الواقعة، أن الطبيبة المنفصلة عن زوجها منذ عام كامل، تفاجأت أثناء وجودها لتنفيذ الحكم بتجمهر عائلة طليقها؛ حيث أقدمت شقيقاته وبمشاركة والدتهم (حماتها السابقة) على مهاجمتها وجذبها من شعرها وسحلها أرضاً وسط ذهول الحاضرين، أثناء تنفيذ حكم رؤية الأطفال بعد دعوى قضائية كشفت الطبيبة أنها لم تكن مرفوعة من طليقها بل من والدته.
اللقطات المتداولة على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي في مصر أثارت حالة واسعة من الغضب والتعاطف، تحركت على إثرها الأجهزة الأمنية بمديرية أمن الغربية فوراً، حيث تمكنت القوات من تحديد المتهمات والقبض على المتهمة الرئيسية (شقيقة الطليق) وإحالة الملف برمته إلى النيابة العامة.
وأثبتت الفحوصات الطبية إصابة الطبيبة بكدمات وجروح متفرقة في الجسد نتيجة الاعتداء والسحل، فيما تباشر النيابة العامة بمركز قطور تفريغ مقطع الفيديو بالكامل وسماع أقوال الأطراف والشهود لتحديد المسؤولية الجنائية ومحاسبة المتورطين.
A youth center in Qatur, located in the Gharbia Governorate of Egypt, has transformed from a venue chosen for child visitation rights into a site of human tragedy, following a collective assault on a young doctor, aged 28, by her ex-husband's family in front of her young children.
In the details of the incident, the doctor, who has been separated from her husband for a full year, was surprised during her visit to enforce the visitation ruling by the gathering of her ex-husband's family; his sisters, along with their mother (her former mother-in-law), attacked her, pulling her by her hair and dragging her on the ground amidst the astonishment of those present, while she was executing the child visitation ruling after a lawsuit that the doctor revealed was not filed by her ex-husband but by his mother.
The footage circulated on social media in Egypt sparked widespread outrage and sympathy, prompting the security forces of the Gharbia Security Directorate to act immediately, where they managed to identify the accused and arrest the main suspect (the ex-husband's sister) and referred the entire case to the public prosecutor.
Medical examinations confirmed that the doctor sustained bruises and various injuries to her body as a result of the assault and dragging, while the public prosecutor in Qatur is currently reviewing the entire video footage and hearing the statements of the parties and witnesses to determine criminal responsibility and hold those involved accountable.
