انتشرت مشاهد صادمة كالنار في الهشيم على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي والصحف الرقمية في المغرب، ليدخل معها المتابعون موجة من التكهنات والشائعات حول «تصفية سياسية» تعرض لها أحد المرشحين، لكن التحقيقات القضائية كانت تدون رواية أخرى مختلفة تماماً.
سارعت النيابة العامة بمدينة الجديدة في المغرب إلى فتح بحث قضائي عاجل عقب الانتشار الواسع لمقطع فيديو يوثق حادثة سير أثارت بلبلة واسعة. وجاءت النتائج الأولية للتحريات لتسقط كافة الروايات المتداولة التي ربطت الواقعة باستهداف أحد المرشحين إثر خلافات انتخابية.
وأفاد بلاغ رسمي صادر عن المحكمة الابتدائية بالجديدة بأن المعطيات الميدانية والتحقيقات الدقيقة فككت تلك الادعاءات، إذ تبين أن الأمر لا يتعدى كونه حادثة سير مقرونة بجنحة الفرار، دون أي صبغة أو خلفية صريحة ترتبط بالسباق الانتخابي.
وأكد البيان القضائي أن أجهزة البحث تواصل تعمقها في كافة جوانب وملابسات الواقعة للوصول إلى الحقيقة الكاملة، تمهيداً لتطبيق القانون وترتيب المسؤوليات القانونية بحق المتورطين بناءً على المخرجات النهائية للبحث.
