بعد نحو 3 سنوات من الملاحقة، تمكنت الأجهزة الأمنية في تونس من القبض على مطلوب قضائي صدرت بحقه عدة أوامر تفتيش ومذكرات جلب، على خلفية قضايا تتعلق بترويج المخدرات والاتجار غير القانوني بالمشروبات الكحولية.
وجاءت عملية القبض خلال حملة أمنية في محافظة أريانة بإقليم تونس الكبرى، حيث نجحت الفرق المختصة، بعد عمليات رصد وتتبع، في تحديد المكان الذي كان المطلوب يختبئ فيه، قبل مداهمته والقبض عليه.
وبحسب المعطيات الأولية، كان المتهم يستخدم إسطبلاً مهجوراً في منطقة قلعة الأندلس التابعة لمحافظة أريانة كمكان للإقامة والاختباء، في محاولة لتجنب رصده من قبل الأجهزة الأمنية، وبعد تحديد موقعه، نفذت الوحدات الأمنية مداهمة للمكان، أسفرت عن توقيفه دون تسجيل فراره، وفق ما أوردته المعطيات المتداولة بشأن العملية.
وعقب القبض عليه، جرى التنسيق مع النيابة العامة بالمحكمة الابتدائية في أريانة، التي أذنت باتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحقه وإيداعه السجن، تمهيداً لاستكمال التحقيقات وإحالته إلى الجهات القضائية المختصة.
After nearly 3 years of pursuit, the security forces in Tunisia managed to arrest a wanted individual against whom several search orders and arrest warrants had been issued, in connection with cases related to drug trafficking and illegal trade in alcoholic beverages.
The arrest took place during a security campaign in the Ariana Governorate of the Greater Tunis region, where specialized teams, after surveillance and tracking operations, succeeded in identifying the location where the wanted person was hiding, before storming the site and apprehending him.
According to initial data, the accused was using an abandoned stable in the Qal'at al-Andalus area of the Ariana Governorate as a place to reside and hide, in an attempt to avoid detection by the security forces. After pinpointing his location, the security units carried out a raid on the site, resulting in his arrest without any escape, according to the information circulated about the operation.
Following his arrest, coordination was made with the public prosecution at the primary court in Ariana, which authorized the necessary legal procedures against him and his placement in prison, in preparation for completing the investigations and referring him to the relevant judicial authorities.
