في تطور جديد لجريمة أسرية هزت مصر، قررت محكمة جنايات القاهرة إيداع المهندس المتهم بإنهاء حياة ابنته وثلاثة من أفراد أسرة طليقته، والشروع في إنهاء حياة نجله، داخل مستشفى للأمراض النفسية، مع تأجيل أولى جلسات محاكمته إلى الدور الثالث من شهر نوفمبر القادم، لاستكمال الإجراءات القانونية المتعلقة بالقضية.
وشهدت جلسة المحاكمة الأولى الظهور الأول للمتهم أمام هيئة المحكمة، على خلفية الواقعة التي شهدتها مدينة 15 مايو بالقاهرة، وأسفرت عن وفاة 4 أشخاص وإصابة آخر بطلقات نارية.
وكانت النيابة العامة قد قررت حبس المهندس المتهم، بعد اتهامه بقتل ابنته وثلاثة من أفراد أسرة طليقته عمدًا، والشروع في قتل نجله، داخل إحدى الشقق السكنية بدائرة قسم شرطة 15 مايو.
تفاصيل الواقعة
بدأت القضية بعدما تلقت النيابة العامة إخطارًا بوقوع حادث إطلاق أعيرة نارية داخل شقة سكنية في نطاق قسم شرطة 15 مايو، أسفر عن وفاة أربعة أشخاص وإصابة شخص آخر.
وتمكن الأهالي من ضبط المتهم عقب الواقعة وتسليمه إلى قوات الشرطة.
وعلى الفور، انتقل فريق من أعضاء النيابة العامة إلى موقع الحادثة، برفقة خبراء الإدارة العامة لتحقيق الأدلة الجنائية، لإجراء المعاينات اللازمة وفحص مسرح الجريمة.
وخلال المعاينة، عثرت جهات التحقيق على السلاح الناري المستخدم في الواقعة وكمية من الذخائر، إلى جانب سلاح أبيض وحقيبة تحتوي على عدد من الأدوات وقناع لإخفاء ملامح الوجه.
كما ناظرت النيابة جثامين الضحايا، وتحفظت على آلات المراقبة الموجودة في محيط موقع الحادث، تمهيدًا لتفريغ محتوياتها والاستفادة منها في كشف ملابسات الجريمة.
اعترافات المتهم أمام النيابة
وخلال استجوابه، أقر المتهم بارتكاب جريمة قتل ابنته وثلاثة من أفراد أسرة طليقته عمدًا مع سبق الإصرار، إلى جانب الشروع في قتل نجله.
وقال المتهم، وفقًا لما جاء في تحقيقات النيابة العامة، إن الواقعة جاءت على خلفية خلافات أسرية بينه وبين طليقته.
وأوضح أنه حدد موعدًا للقاء المجني عليهم داخل منزل أحدهم، بدعوى محاولة تسوية الخلافات القائمة، قبل أن يتوجه إلى المكان وبحوزته السلاح الناري وكمية من الذخائر.
وبحسب اعترافاته، أطلق المتهم أعيرة نارية باتجاه الموجودين، قاصدًا قتلهم.
السلاح والذخائر عبر الإنترنت المظلم
وكشفت التحقيقات، وفقًا لما أقر به المتهم، أنه حصل على السلاح الناري والذخائر المستخدمة في الجريمة من خلال أحد المواقع على شبكة الإنترنت المظلم (Dark Web)، مقابل مبلغ مالي.
وتواصلت النيابة مع الأدلة الفنية لفحص المضبوطات والتسجيلات، إلى جانب الاستماع إلى الشهود، لكشف جميع ملابسات الواقعة وتحديد كيفية تنفيذ الجريمة.
تسجيل صوتي يوثق لحظات قبل الجريمة
واستمعت النيابة العامة إلى أقوال عدد من شهود الواقعة، من بينهم 6 أشخاص كانوا موجودين داخل الشقة التي شهدت الحادثة، بالإضافة إلى طليقة المتهم وزوجة أحد المجني عليهم، اللتين كانتا داخل شقة أخرى بالعقار نفسه، فضلًا عن أحد الجيران الذي كان موجودًا في شقة أخرى.
وجاءت أقوال الشهود مؤيدة لما أدلى به المتهم من اعترافات خلال التحقيقات.
كما قدمت إحدى الشاهدات الموجودة في موقع الحادثة تسجيلًا صوتيًا تضمن الحوار الذي دار بين المتهم والمجني عليهم قبل وقوع إطلاق النار، ثم أعقبه سماع دوي إطلاق أعيرة نارية.
وأقر المتهم بصحة التسجيل الصوتي، ليصبح أحد عناصر الأدلة التي بحثتها النيابة ضمن التحقيقات.
كاميرات المراقبة تكشف تحركات المتهم
كما أسفر تفريغ تسجيلات آلات المراقبة الموجودة بمحيط العقار عن رصد حضور المتهم إلى مكان الواقعة، حيث ظهر وهو يحمل الحقيبة التي ضبطتها جهات التحقيق لاحقًا.
وتواصل جهات التحقيق إجراءاتها القانونية والفنية بشأن القضية، بينما قررت المحكمة إيداع المتهم مستشفى الأمراض النفسية وتأجيل نظر محاكمته إلى الدور الثالث من شهر نوفمبر المقبل، تمهيدًا لاستكمال الإجراءات والفصل في الاتهامات المنسوبة إليه.
In a new development of a family crime that shocked Egypt, the Cairo Criminal Court decided to place the engineer accused of ending the life of his daughter and three members of his ex-wife's family, as well as attempting to end the life of his son, in a psychiatric hospital, while postponing the first session of his trial to the third round of November next month, to complete the legal procedures related to the case.
The first trial session witnessed the first appearance of the accused before the court, against the backdrop of the incident that took place in the 15th of May city in Cairo, resulting in the death of four people and the injury of another by gunfire.
The public prosecution had decided to imprison the accused engineer after he was charged with intentionally killing his daughter and three members of his ex-wife's family, and attempting to kill his son, inside one of the residential apartments within the jurisdiction of the 15th of May police station.
Details of the Incident
The case began after the public prosecution received a notification of a shooting incident inside a residential apartment in the area of the 15th of May police station, which resulted in the death of four people and the injury of another.
The locals managed to apprehend the accused after the incident and handed him over to the police forces.
Immediately, a team from the public prosecution, accompanied by experts from the General Administration of Criminal Evidence Investigation, moved to the scene of the incident to conduct the necessary inspections and examine the crime scene.
During the inspection, the investigation authorities found the firearm used in the incident and a quantity of ammunition, along with a white weapon and a bag containing several tools and a mask to conceal facial features.
The prosecution also examined the bodies of the victims and seized the surveillance cameras located in the vicinity of the incident site, in preparation for extracting their contents and utilizing them to uncover the circumstances of the crime.
Confessions of the Accused Before the Prosecution
During his interrogation, the accused admitted to committing the crime of intentionally killing his daughter and three members of his ex-wife's family with premeditation, in addition to attempting to kill his son.
The accused stated, according to what was mentioned in the public prosecution's investigations, that the incident stemmed from family disputes between him and his ex-wife.
He explained that he had set a date to meet the victims inside one of their homes, under the pretext of trying to resolve the ongoing disputes, before heading to the location armed with the firearm and a quantity of ammunition.
According to his confessions, the accused fired gunshots at those present, intending to kill them.
The Weapon and Ammunition via the Dark Web
The investigations revealed, according to the accused's admission, that he obtained the firearm and ammunition used in the crime through a website on the dark web, in exchange for a sum of money.
The prosecution continued to work with forensic evidence to examine the seized items and recordings, in addition to listening to witnesses, to uncover all the circumstances of the incident and determine how the crime was executed.
Audio Recording Documenting Moments Before the Crime
The public prosecution listened to the testimonies of several witnesses to the incident, including six people who were present inside the apartment where the incident occurred, in addition to the accused's ex-wife and the wife of one of the victims, who were in another apartment in the same building, as well as one neighbor who was in another apartment.
The testimonies of the witnesses supported what the accused had confessed during the investigations.
One of the witnesses present at the scene provided an audio recording that included the conversation that took place between the accused and the victims before the gunfire, followed by the sound of gunshots.
The accused acknowledged the authenticity of the audio recording, making it one of the pieces of evidence that the prosecution examined during the investigations.
Surveillance Cameras Reveal the Movements of the Accused
The extraction of recordings from the surveillance cameras located around the building revealed the accused's presence at the scene of the incident, as he was seen carrying the bag that the investigation authorities later seized.
The investigation authorities continue their legal and technical procedures regarding the case, while the court decided to place the accused in a psychiatric hospital and postponed the consideration of his trial to the third round of next November, in preparation for completing the procedures and resolving the charges against him.
