حاول مطلوب أمني تحويل مسكنه إلى حقل عبوات حارقة واتخذ من زوجته وطفليه دروعاً بشرية، قبل أن تنهي قوة أمنية خطورته في مواجهة حاسمة بمدينة مطروح في مصر.
أنهت الأجهزة الأمنية بمحافظة مطروح خطورة عنصر إجرامي مصنف بـ«شديد الخطورة»، عقب رصد نشاطه الموسع في ترويج السموم المخدرة وحيازة أسلحة غير مرخصة، في عملية تخللها تصعيد غير مسبوق من المتهم للفرار من الحصار.
بدأت التحركات الميدانية المصرية عقب استصدار إذن النيابة العامة وتنسيق قطاع مكافحة المخدرات مع قطاع الأمن المركزي لاستهداف وكر المتهم داخل مسكنه بدائرة قسم شرطة مطروح. وفور اقتراب القوات من الموقع، بادر المتهم بإطلاق رصاص كثيف تجاه القوة المحاصرة لتعطيل تقدمها.
ومع تضييق الخناق عليه، اندفع المتهم إلى تصعيد خطير باحتجاز أسرته المكونة من زوجته وطفليه داخل إحدى الغرف مهدداً بقتلهم، قبل أن يسكب كميات من البنزين داخل أرجاء المنزل ويفتح منافذ الغاز الطبيعي وأسطوانات الطهي لإشعال الموقع بالكامل.
وتعاملت القوات مع التهديد الخاطف بخطة اقتحام دقيقة نجحت خلالها عناصر الحماية المدنية في تأمين منافذ الغاز وإبطال مصادر الاشتعال، بالتوازي مع تبادل الرصاص مع المتهم.
وأسفرت المواجهة عن مصرع المتهم في الحال، وتحرير زوجته وطفليه دون تعرض أي منهم لإصابات أو أذى.
وعقب فرض السيطرة الكاملة على المقر، تمكنت فرق التفتيش من ضبط:
- 18 كيلوغراماً من مخدر الحشيش.
- بندقية خرطوش وذخيرة حية.
- كمية من زجاجات «المولوتوف» الحارقة وصاعقاً كهربائياً.
وقُدرت القيمة المالية للمواد المخدرة المضبوطة بنحو مليوني جنيه مصري، وتم تحرير المحضر اللازم وإحالة القضية للنيابة العامة لمباشرة التحقيقات.
An individual wanted for security reasons attempted to turn his residence into a field for incendiary devices, using his wife and two children as human shields, before a security force ended his threat in a decisive confrontation in the city of Matrouh, Egypt.
The security apparatus in Matrouh Governorate eliminated the danger posed by a criminal element classified as "highly dangerous," following the monitoring of his extensive activities in promoting narcotic substances and possessing unlicensed weapons, in an operation that involved unprecedented escalation from the suspect to escape the siege.
The Egyptian field movements began after obtaining permission from the public prosecution and coordinating between the drug enforcement sector and the central security sector to target the suspect's hideout within his residence in the jurisdiction of the Matrouh police station. As soon as the forces approached the site, the suspect opened fire heavily towards the besieging force to disrupt their advance.
As the pressure tightened on him, the suspect escalated the situation by holding his family, consisting of his wife and two children, inside one of the rooms, threatening to kill them, before pouring large amounts of gasoline throughout the house and opening the natural gas outlets and cooking gas cylinders to ignite the entire location.
The forces dealt with the immediate threat using a precise storming plan, during which civil protection elements successfully secured the gas outlets and neutralized the ignition sources, while simultaneously exchanging gunfire with the suspect.
The confrontation resulted in the immediate death of the suspect, and the rescue of his wife and children without any of them sustaining injuries or harm.
After establishing complete control over the premises, inspection teams managed to seize:
- 18 kilograms of hashish.
- A shotgun and live ammunition.
- A quantity of incendiary "Molotov" bottles and an electric stun gun.
The estimated financial value of the seized narcotic materials was around two million Egyptian pounds, and the necessary report was filed, with the case referred to the public prosecution to initiate investigations.
