تحول موقف عابر خلال ساعات العمل إلى مأساة أنهت حياة شاب عراقي في السابعة عشرة من عمره، بعدما تعرض لإصابة عرضية أثناء المزاح، قبل أن تتدهور حالته الصحية ويفارق الحياة داخل أحد مستشفيات مدينة الناصرية.
وبحسب وسائل إعلام عراقية، نقلاً عن مصدر مطلع، توفي الشاب داخل المستشفى التركي وسط الناصرية، بعد نقله إليه من مستشفى سوق الشيوخ لتلقي العلاج إثر إصابته بجرح بواسطة مفك براغٍ خلال المزاح مع زملائه أثناء العمل.
وأوضح المصدر أن الشاب كان يعاني من مرض الربو، مدعياً أن وفاته جاءت نتيجة خطأ طبي عقب إعطائه حقنة لتخفيف آلام الإصابة، دون التأكد، وفق روايته، من حالته الصحية والأمراض التي يعاني منها قبل إعطائه الدواء.
ولم تتضح بشكل مستقل ملابسات الوفاة أو طبيعة الحقنة التي تلقاها الشاب، في وقت تثير فيه الواقعة تساؤلات بشأن الإجراءات الطبية التي اتُّبعت معه عقب وصوله إلى المستشفى.
A fleeting incident during working hours turned into a tragedy that ended the life of a 17-year-old Iraqi youth, after he suffered an accidental injury while joking, before his health deteriorated and he passed away in one of the hospitals in Nasiriyah.
According to Iraqi media, citing an informed source, the young man died inside the Turkish hospital in central Nasiriyah, after being transferred there from the Souq al-Shuyukh hospital to receive treatment following an injury caused by a screwdriver during playful banter with his colleagues at work.
The source explained that the young man had asthma, claiming that his death was the result of a medical error after he was given an injection to relieve the pain of his injury, without confirming, according to his account, his health condition and the illnesses he suffered from before administering the medication.
The circumstances of the death and the nature of the injection received by the young man remain unclear independently, at a time when the incident raises questions about the medical procedures followed with him after his arrival at the hospital.
