في حادثة درامية تحولت إلى حديث الساعة في منصات التواصل الاجتماعي في الأردن، أسدلت محكمة استئناف إربد الستار على إحدى أغرب قضايا الاستدراج والابتزاز، بعدما أيدت حكماً قضائياً رادعاً بسجن فتاة ووالدتها بالأشغال المؤقتة لمدة خمسة أعوام لكل منهما، إثر تورطهما في نسج فخ محكم استهدف سائق شاحنة للاعتداء عليه وتجريده من أمواله تحت تهديد السلاح.
وتعود خيوط الواقعة الصادمة إلى اتفاق وهمي جرى عبر تطبيق «واتساب»، بعدما حصل السائق الضحية على رقم الفتاة، واتفق معها على المبيت في شقة مفروشة فور وصوله إلى الأردن، دون أن يعلم أنه يسير بقدميه نحو مصيدة مُعدة بعناية.
بدأت الحيلة بمجرد دخول السائق للشقة، حيث طلبت الفتاة منه مبلغاً مالياً لقاء المبيت وسلمها المبلغ المتفق عليه، لتقتحم الأم المكان فجأة وبشكل درامي، مطالبة بدفع مبالغ إضافية فورية مقابل إخلائها الشقة.
وحينما استشعر السائق الفخ وطالب باستعادة أمواله للمغادرة فوراً، وحينها تحول المكان إلى مسرح لعملية اعتداء مروعة:
- باغته الاعتداء: وجهت الأم ضربة خاطفة على وجه السائق لشل حركته.
- تهديد بالقتل: اقتحم ابن الأم «الحدث» الغرفة شاهراً سكيناً حاداً، ووجه طعنة مسددة لكتف السائق لإرهابه وتكبيله معنوياً.
- تجريد كامل: استغلت الأم حالة الذهول والرعب، واستولت بالقوة على كامل المبالغ المالية التي بحوزته من العملتين السعودية والأردنية.
رغم الحصار والترهيب، نجح السائق في استغلال لحظة ارتباك ليهرب خارج الشقة، متوجهاً مباشرة إلى أقرب مركز أمني لتقديم بلاغ رسمي، حيث تحركت الأجهزة الأمنية فوراً وألقت القبض على الفتاة ووالدتها.
واستندت المحكمة إلى الأدلة الدامغة وإفادات المشتكي، لتؤكد اكتمال كافة أركان «السرقة المشددة» لتعدد الجناة واقتران الفعل بالعنف والسلاح، وتقضي رسمياً بإرسال الفتاة وأمها خلف الأسوار لمدة خمسة أعوام، لتكون نهاية مأساوية لشرك إجرامي حاولتا من خلاله استغلال الضحايا تحت ستار الغواية والتهديد.
In a dramatic incident that became the talk of the hour on social media platforms in Jordan, the Irbid Court of Appeals has brought down the curtain on one of the strangest cases of entrapment and extortion, after upholding a severe judicial ruling sentencing a girl and her mother to five years each in temporary labor, due to their involvement in crafting a carefully laid trap targeting a truck driver to assault him and strip him of his money under the threat of a weapon.
The shocking details of the incident trace back to a fictitious agreement made via the "WhatsApp" application, after the victimized driver obtained the girl's number and agreed to spend the night in a furnished apartment upon his arrival in Jordan, unaware that he was walking straight into a meticulously prepared trap.
The ruse began as soon as the driver entered the apartment, where the girl asked him for a sum of money in exchange for the night's stay, and he handed her the agreed amount, only for the mother to suddenly and dramatically burst into the scene, demanding immediate additional payments in exchange for vacating the apartment.
When the driver sensed the trap and demanded his money back to leave immediately, the place turned into a stage for a horrific assault:
- Sudden attack: The mother delivered a swift blow to the driver's face to incapacitate him.
- Death threat: The mother's son, a minor, burst into the room brandishing a sharp knife, and delivered a stab to the driver's shoulder to intimidate him and bind him psychologically.
- Complete stripping: The mother took advantage of the shock and terror, forcefully seizing all the money the driver had on him in both Saudi and Jordanian currencies.
Despite the siege and intimidation, the driver managed to exploit a moment of confusion to escape outside the apartment, heading directly to the nearest security center to file an official report, where security forces immediately acted and arrested the girl and her mother.
The court relied on compelling evidence and the complainant's testimonies to confirm the completion of all elements of "aggravated theft" due to the number of perpetrators and the association of the act with violence and weapons, officially sentencing the girl and her mother to five years behind bars, marking a tragic end to a criminal trap they attempted to use to exploit victims under the guise of seduction and threat.
