اتخذت الجهات التعليمية المختصة بمحافظة القليوبية عدداً من الإجراءات تجاه بعض القيادات المدرسية، في إطار الاستعداد لانطلاق العام الدراسي الجديد، والتأكيد على جاهزية المدارس وانتظام العملية التعليمية منذ اليوم الأول. وقررت الجهات المختصة إلغاء تكليف مدير مدرسة الخصوص المشتركة، مع إحالته ومسؤولة الزي إلى الشؤون القانونية، للتحقيق فيما نُسب إليهما من مخالفات داخل المدرسة، واتخاذ ما يلزم من إجراءات وفقًا للقواعد المنظمة.
أسباب عدم الجاهزية
كما استدعت الجهات التعليمية المختصة ثلاثة من مديري المدارس بمدينة بنها للتحقيق، على خلفية عدم استكمال جاهزية مدارسهم واستعداداتها لاستقبال الطلاب مع انطلاق العام الدراسي الجديد، وذلك للوقوف على أسباب عدم الجاهزية وتحديد المسؤوليات واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.
صيانة ونظافة وتجهيز فصول
وتأتي هذه الإجراءات في إطار المتابعة المستمرة لجاهزية المدارس بمختلف أنحاء المحافظة، والتأكد من الانتهاء من أعمال الصيانة والنظافة وتجهيز الفصول والمرافق، إلى جانب الالتزام بالتعليمات والضوابط المنظمة للعملية التعليمية قبل بدء الدراسة. وأكدت الجهات التعليمية المختصة استمرار أعمال المتابعة خلال الفترة القادمة، مع اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية والإدارية اللازمة تجاه أي تقصير أو مخالفات يتم رصدها، بما يضمن توفير بيئة تعليمية مناسبة وآمنة للطلاب، وانتظام الدراسة منذ اليوم الأول للعام الدراسي الجديد.
The educational authorities in Qalyubia Governorate have taken a number of measures against some school leaders, as part of the preparations for the new academic year, and to ensure the readiness of schools and the regularity of the educational process from the first day. The authorities decided to revoke the assignment of the principal of Al-Khusus Integrated School, and referred him and the uniform supervisor to the legal affairs department for investigation into the violations attributed to them within the school, and to take necessary actions in accordance with the governing rules.
Reasons for Unreadiness
The educational authorities also summoned three school principals from Benha City for investigation, following the incomplete readiness of their schools to welcome students at the start of the new academic year. This is to identify the reasons for the unreadiness, determine responsibilities, and take necessary actions.
Maintenance, Cleanliness, and Classroom Preparation
These measures come as part of the ongoing monitoring of school readiness across the governorate, ensuring the completion of maintenance and cleanliness work, and the preparation of classrooms and facilities, in addition to adhering to the instructions and regulations governing the educational process before the start of classes. The educational authorities confirmed that monitoring activities will continue in the coming period, with necessary legal and administrative actions to be taken against any shortcomings or violations that are observed, ensuring a suitable and safe educational environment for students, and the regularity of classes from the first day of the new academic year.
