تحولت واقعة نفوق ثلاث دجاجات داخل مزرعة في منطقة السالمي (غربي الكويت) إلى واحدة من أكثر القضايا الجنائية إثارة للدهشة خلال الأيام الماضية، بعدما كشفت التحقيقات أن الحريق الذي عُثر بعده على جثمان متفحم لم يكن حادثًا عرضيًا، بل محاولة متعمدة لإخفاء جريمة قتل سبقت اندلاع النيران.
وبدأت القضية يوم الخميس الماضي حين تلقت غرفة العمليات بلاغًا عن حريق في مزرعة لتربية المواشي والدواجن، لتنتقل فرق الإطفاء والأجهزة الأمنية إلى الموقع حيث عُثر على جثمان متفحم يعود إلى مواطن خليجي.
وفي الرواية الأولى، أفاد حارس المزرعة البنغلاديشي بأن ماسًا كهربائيًا وقع أثناء تشغيل مولد كهربائي، ما أدى إلى انتشار النيران ومحاصرة الضحية. غير أن تناقضات في أقواله، إلى جانب العثور على آثار دماء داخل مركبة القتيل، دفعت المحققين إلى التعامل مع الواقعة باعتبارها جريمة قتل محتملة. ومع توسع التحريات، ظهرت مؤشرات على محاولة إخفاء الأدلة والتخلص من متعلقات الضحية، قبل أن تتجه الشبهات نحو الحارس الذي اعترف لاحقًا بأن خلافًا نشب بينه وبين القتيل بسبب نفوق ثلاث دجاجات حمّله الأخير مسؤوليتها، ووبّخه وصفعه، ما دفعه إلى الانتقام.
وبحسب اعترافاته، توجه المتهم إلى مركبة الضحية حاملًا عصا خشبية واعتدى عليه داخلها، ثم أخرجه وواصل ضربه حتى سقط أرضًا. وبعد التأكد من وفاته، نقل الجثمان إلى منطقة الأعلاف داخل المزرعة وأشعل النار في محاولة لإظهار الوفاة على أنها ناجمة عن الحريق. كما حاول إزالة آثار الدماء والتخلص من بعض المتعلقات قبل الإبلاغ عن الحادث، إلا أن الأدلة التي جمعتها فرق التحقيق قادت إلى كشف ملابسات الجريمة.
ومع اتساع نطاق التحقيقات، توسعت الجهات الأمنية في فحص محيط المزرعة والمزارع المجاورة، في إطار إجراءات احترازية تشمل التحقق من وجود أي آثار أو معلومات قد ترتبط بالقضية، خصوصًا أن المنطقة تضم مواقع عمل وعمالة موسمية قد يصل عددها إلى نحو 270 شخصًا، ما استدعى مراجعة سجلات الدخول والخروج للتأكد من عدم وجود أي مشتبه بهم إضافيين أو شهود محتملين.
وأرشد المتهم رجال المباحث إلى العصا المستخدمة في الاعتداء، كما مثّل الجريمة أمام المحققين بحضور وكيل النائب العام، موضحًا تسلسل الأحداث منذ بداية الخلاف وحتى إشعال النار. وأحالت السلطات المتهم إلى الجهات المختصة لاستكمال الإجراءات القانونية، بعد تسجيل القضية باعتبارها جريمة قتل عمد ومحاولة لإخفاء آثارها.
The incident of the death of three chickens inside a farm in the Salmi area (west of Kuwait) has turned into one of the most astonishing criminal cases in recent days, after investigations revealed that the fire, after which a charred body was found, was not an accidental incident, but rather a deliberate attempt to conceal a murder that preceded the outbreak of the flames.
The case began last Thursday when the operations room received a report about a fire in a livestock and poultry farm, prompting firefighting teams and security agencies to rush to the site where a charred body belonging to a Gulf national was found.
In the initial account, the Bangladeshi farm guard reported that an electrical short circuit occurred while operating a generator, leading to the spread of flames and trapping the victim. However, inconsistencies in his statements, along with the discovery of blood traces inside the victim's vehicle, led investigators to treat the incident as a potential murder. As the investigations expanded, indications emerged of an attempt to conceal evidence and dispose of the victim's belongings, before suspicions turned toward the guard, who later confessed that a dispute had arisen between him and the victim over the death of three chickens for which the latter held him responsible, reprimanded him, and slapped him, prompting him to seek revenge.
According to his confessions, the accused approached the victim's vehicle carrying a wooden stick and assaulted him inside it, then dragged him out and continued to beat him until he fell to the ground. After confirming his death, he moved the body to the feed area inside the farm and set it on fire in an attempt to make the death appear as a result of the fire. He also tried to remove traces of blood and dispose of some belongings before reporting the incident, but the evidence collected by the investigative teams led to the uncovering of the circumstances of the crime.
As the investigations widened, security agencies expanded their examination of the farm's surroundings and neighboring farms as part of precautionary measures that included verifying the presence of any traces or information that might be related to the case, especially since the area includes work sites and seasonal labor that could number around 270 people, necessitating a review of entry and exit records to ensure there were no additional suspects or potential witnesses.
The accused guided the detectives to the stick used in the assault, and he reenacted the crime for the investigators in the presence of the public prosecutor, explaining the sequence of events from the beginning of the dispute until the fire was set. The authorities referred the accused to the relevant authorities to complete the legal procedures, after the case was registered as a premeditated murder and an attempt to conceal its traces.
