- شبهات جمع التبرعات: يواجه النائب الحالي وسام ربيحات تدقيقاً من الادعاء العام والجهات المختصة في ملف مرتبط بشبهات جمع التبرعات.
وتشير المراجع القانونية إلى أن هذه الملفات تندرج ضمن قضايا منفصلة تماماً، مع التأكيد على قرينة البراءة الأصلية لجميع الأطراف حتى صدور أحكام قضائية قطعية وباتة.

The decision by the Attorney General to enforce the sentence against former MP Hassan Al-Riyati came after the ruling issued against him became final with the endorsement of the Court of Appeals, following a lawsuit filed against him by former MP Shadi Freij:
- Deadlock in reconciliation: All efforts for reconciliation led by prominent figures and tribal leaders have stalled, without reaching any agreement.
- Race to avoid imprisonment: Al-Riyati's defense team submitted an urgent request to replace the sentence under the "alternative penalties" law, awaiting a final decision from the competent judicial authorities.
