في الأزقة المظلمة لملفات التزوير، لا شيء يبقى طويلاً تحت الستار. قد يمر عام، أو عقد، أو حتى عقود، لكن لحظة شجاعة واحدة من فحص مخبري بسيط كفيلة بأن تهدم إمبراطوريات شُيدت على الوهم والنسب المستعار.
تبدأ الحكاية من ملف جنسية قديم في الكويت تحمل أوراقه أرقاماً ودلالات عادية للوهلة الأولى: صاحب الملف مسجل باسمه 10 أبناء. ثمانية منهم موزّعون بانتظام على أربع زوجات، أما الاثنان الأخيران فكانا لغزاً بحد ذاته، إذ كُتبا على الملف دون ذِكر اسم الأم، في لفتة غامضة فتحت أبواب الشك التي لم تُغلق حتى اليوم.
ومع وضع الملف تحت مجهر البحث، بدأت الخيوط الأولى بالتفكك. كشفت التحقيقات السابقة أن ستة أبناء فقط ينتمون دماً ونسباً لصاحب الملف. بينما كان اثنان آخران مجرد غريبين جرى إقحامهما بالتزوير، وسُحبت الجنسية منهما ومن تبعياتهما بالكامل في خطوة سابقة طالت 232 شخصاً. لكن السؤال الذي ظل معلقاً في أروقة مباحث الجنسية في الكويت: ما قصة «الابنين بلا أم»؟
رجل واحد ببطاقتين في دولتين
اتجهت أعين التحقيق نحو أحد هذين الابنين، وهو رجل رحل عن عالمنا، لكن أثره التزويري بقي ممتداً. وقادت التحريات الدقيقة رجال المباحث إلى مفاجأة مدوية، مفادها أن هذا «الابن» المعني يملك هويتين متطابقتين بالكامل في الكويت ودولة خليجية أخرى.
تطابق اسماه وأسماء أبنائه بين الملفين حرفياً، وكأن العائلة تعيش حياتين وتتنفس برئتين في بلدين. بل إن التحريات نبشت واقعة يعود تاريخها لعام 2009، عندما تقدم أحد أبنائه بطلب رسمي للتنازل عن هويته الخليجية، في محاولة مناورة للتغطية على ازدواجيتهم وتثبيت موطئ قدمهم في الكويت.
لأن الابن المزيف متوفى، اصطدمت التحقيقات بجدار عدم إمكانية أخذ عينة DNA مباشرة منه. لكن الذكاء الأمني أوجد المخرج: وجرى استدعاء أبنائه الجدد (بمن فيهم ذلك الابن الذي حاول التنازل عن جنسيته السابقة) وأُخذت منهم عينات البصمة الوراثية.
ووضِعت نتائج الفحص المخبري لأبناء الرجل المتوفى في مواجهة جينات «أعمامهم المفترضين» الذين يعتبرون الأبناء الحقيقيين لصاحب الملف الأصلي. وهنا، قالت الجينات كلمتها الفصل ونسفت ادعاء النسب نهائياً: فلا توجد قطرة دم واحدة تشد هؤلاء الأبناء إلى أولئك الأعمام!
سقوط 344 هوية في ليلة واحدة
بتكامل الحقيقة الرقمية من الفحص الجيني مع الوثائق المزدوجة المكتشفة عبر الحدود، أصدرت اللجنة العليا لتحقيق الجنسية في الكويت قرارها التاريخي: بسحب الجنسية الكويتية من «الابن المزيف» المتوفى، وسحبها بالتبعية من جميع المسجلين على ملفه البالغ عددهم 344 شخصاً.
وبهذه اللمسة العلمية الحاسمة، طويت صفحة أكبر «فرع وهمي» في شجرة العائلة المزيفة، لتسقط معها مئات الهويات المزدوجة، فيما تواصل السلطات دراسة ملف الابن الأخير المتبقي (الذي ما زال مسجلاً بلا أم) لتكتمل بذلك فصول قضية أثبتت أن الحقيقة قد تتأخر، لكنها تأتي دائماً برداء العلم والعدالة.
In the dark alleys of forgery files, nothing remains hidden for long. A year, a decade, or even decades may pass, but a single moment of courage from a simple laboratory examination is enough to bring down empires built on illusion and borrowed lineage.
The story begins with an old nationality file in Kuwait, whose papers bear numbers and ordinary indications at first glance: the file holder is registered as having 10 children. Eight of them are regularly distributed among four wives, while the last two are a mystery in themselves, as they were written on the file without mentioning the mother's name, in a mysterious gesture that opened doors of doubt that remain unclosed to this day.
As the file was placed under the microscope of investigation, the first threads began to unravel. Previous investigations revealed that only six children are blood relatives of the file holder. Meanwhile, two others were mere strangers who were inserted through forgery, and their nationality, along with that of their dependents, was completely revoked in a previous step that affected 232 individuals. But the question that remained hanging in the corridors of the nationality investigations in Kuwait was: what is the story of the "two sons without a mother"?
One man with two identities in two countries
The investigation's eyes turned towards one of these sons, a man who has passed away, but whose fraudulent impact remains extended. Thorough investigations led the detectives to a shocking revelation: this concerned "son" possesses two completely identical identities in Kuwait and another Gulf state.
His name and the names of his children matched literally between the two files, as if the family lived two lives and breathed with two lungs in two countries. Investigations even unearthed an incident dating back to 2009, when one of his sons officially applied to renounce his Gulf identity, in a maneuvering attempt to cover up their duality and secure their foothold in Kuwait.
Since the fake son is deceased, investigations hit a wall in terms of being unable to take a direct DNA sample from him. However, security intelligence found a way out: his new children (including the son who attempted to renounce his previous nationality) were summoned, and genetic samples were taken from them.
The laboratory test results of the deceased man's children were then compared against the genes of their "supposed uncles," who are considered the real children of the original file holder. Here, the genes spoke decisively and completely demolished the claim of lineage: not a single drop of blood ties these children to those uncles!
The fall of 344 identities in one night
With the integration of digital truth from genetic testing with the discovered double documents across borders, the High Committee for Nationality Investigation in Kuwait issued its historic decision: to revoke Kuwaiti nationality from the deceased "fake son," and consequently revoke it from all 344 individuals registered under his file.
With this decisive scientific touch, the chapter of the largest "fake branch" in the tree of the false family was closed, bringing down hundreds of dual identities, while authorities continue to study the file of the last remaining son (who is still registered without a mother) to complete the chapters of a case that proved that the truth may be delayed, but it always comes dressed in the garb of science and justice.
