في نهاية دراماتيكية تسدل الستار على الكابوس الذي حبس أنفاس الشارع المصري طوال الساعات الماضية، لم تستمر رحلة هروب «محامية الإسكندرية» كثيراً، إذ وقعت المتهمة «س.م.ح» في قبضة الأجهزة الأمنية داخل مخبئها بمدينة الشيخ زايد بالجيزة، بعد تتبع دقيق لهاتفها المحمول.
وبسقوط الشابة الهاربة، انهمرت الاعترافات المروعة التي حسمت اللغز الأكبر وحوّلت الشكوك إلى يقين مرعب: فالضحية هي والدتها المسنة، والجريمة كُتبت تفاصيلها على مدار يومين كاملين!
أمام جهات التحقيق، وقفت المحامية لتسرد كواليس الدقائق الأخيرة في حياة والدتها دون تردد، وأرجعت سلوكها العدائي إلى خلافات تراكمت بسبب ما وصفته بـ«سوء المعاملة».

وفجّرت التحريات مفاجآت صادمة حول الخلفية النفسية للمتهمة، إذ تبين أنها عاشت ظروفاً نفسية سلبية ونوبات اكتئاب حاد عقب رحيل ابنتها المفجع قبل فترة، مما أفقدها توازنها النفسي والأسري.
وأشارت المعلومات إلى أن المحامية أقدمت على محاولة الانتحار مرات عدة في أوقات سابقة، وكان زملاؤها في المحاماة يتدخلون بآخر لحظة لإنقاذها، قبل أن تستيقظ المنطقة على الفاجعة التي هزت الرأي العام.
وعقب التحفظ على السلاح المستخدم ورفع الأدلة الجنائية، جرى نقل المتهمة تحت حراسة مشددة لمباشرة التحقيقات وإجراء المعاينة التصويرية لتمثيل الجريمة، تمهيداً لصدور التقرير النهائي للطب الشرعي والبصمة الوراثية (DNA) لتقديمها إلى محاكمة جنائية عاجلة.
